“Misleading company avoid. Item was listed as bike bearing but was only suitable for suspension on a bike, so perhaps this should be stated.”

I’m sorry you’ve selected a bearing that was not suitable for your bike wheels. As I believe one of my colleagues explained on the phone there are different bearing types used on different parts of a bike. In the information section for the item you purchased it does say “Typical Applications: Frame Pivot Bearings" If there's any doubt in future please ring us and we can advise which item you need. Best Regards Wych Bearings Limited

“We are in South Africa. I requested a quote by email. unlike other requests to other companies that don't respond. They responded within a few hours. By the end of the day, we had placed the order and paid. Plus we received our notification that the parcel had been collected and shipping details supplied. Very efficient communication and professional attitude. It was like they were just next door here in South Africa. Keep it up. Thank you. Shane from South Arica.”
