“Wanted a roller chain link for a broken chain on an ancient mower. Sean in sales very patient in explaining the diagnostics of what was required. Turned out to be an obscure part which was not held in stock but secured from another supplier. Mower now back together and cutting grass - amazing service - above and beyond the call - thanks”
