“The bearings i ordered were well priced and packaged well. The delivery time was shorter than expected. This was the first time i have ordered from Wych and i have no doubts that it will not be the last. Very impressed indeed.”

“The bearing wasn’t suitable for my needs and failed. Wasn’t wych fault, they offered me sound advice, some options, including a full refund. Great technical support and customer service. Would use again for sure.”

“Excellent and friendly service on the phone, which I do appreciate, but the skateboard bearings I bought for my daughter don’t really seem to work at all. They just don’t spin freely, at all. I have taken them back out of the skateboard wheels and have just put the old ones back in.”

“I needed a set of bearings for a small trailer of unknown age or manufacture. Removing the worn bearing I found a number stamped on the bearing. Following a quick computer search I found your company that was a whole 1 mile from where I lived. Why look any further so a phone call explaining my requirements I was told no problem. The No I had you were able to identify that you stocked the bearing I needed. 2 days later I received the new bearing set. Covid had stopped me from visiting you to collect, overall I was very impressed with the way I was received when I made my call to you with the help /information given to me, also with speed of delivery. Bearings are not the sort of thing you very often but if ever I need any in the future I will call you, as i have other friends......regards Brian Colin”
