“Excellent customer service and competitive price. I would highly recommend WB to any cyclists. My headset bearings needed replacing and I wanted to have a go at replacing them myself, but I didn't know the type of bearings I needed. I called the helpline and within 5 minutes a very helpful WB gentleman (older, wise chap) confidently identified the correct ones for my Specialized Stumpjumper. It was so nice to speak to a real person who was understanding and experienced - a rare thing these days!! Please don't get rid of your phone line or human beings WB, it was why I bought from you!!!!!”
