“As a new Customer I called at 16:00 yesterday looking for a special bearing, great help from Fred confirming the unit they had was going to be the right one for my application, UPS collected this morning, should be in my hands tomorrow morning in Germany. Old fashion customer service and going the extra mile springs to mind.. will be using this company in future.”

“I was very impressed with the speed of delivery of my items. I was even informed before my package arrived that one of the items may be wrong because of an issue with their suppliers. A correct replacement was sent out free of charge and arrived the next day. Parts I'd ordered elsewhere two days before my bearings hadn't even arrived before the replacement parts did. I honestly can't fault anything. Many thanks for your great service.”
