“I am an independent mobile Marine Engineer and I fix all sorts of mechanical devices. I have had special needs for old imperial bearings, Every time I have spoken Wych they have quoted me and supplied me hard to source parts in exceptional time. And prices that work. Can't recommend enough. Especially as they have professional but personal time to doing business. Unlike a few other suppliers I have used in the past. So look forward to continuing our business as and when needed.”

“I ordered a total of 10 bearings which arrived the following morning. While admiring the bearings, I realised I had ordered the wrong bore size. I rang Wych who said "No problem; just reorder the size you do want, post back the unwanted ones and we will refund at once. The following morning, the correct size arrived and three days later the refund was through. Full marks to Wych for their quick and courteous rectification of my mistake.”

“I needed some bearing for my American Classic rear bicycle hub, the chap was extremely helpful and I ended up with some hybrid ceramic bearings which arrived quickly. I can't testify to their long term reliability as they've only done 120 miles so far but the wheels are running smooth again. Good old fashioned service blended with a quick online transaction.”
