“inner diameter too small”

Helpful Report

Posted 5 years ago

Many thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that the inner diameter was too small. I can see on your order that the bearing size is 18x30x7 but the fitting tool adaptor you selected is for a different size bearing (17x30x7). Please get in touch if you need to return either of these items. Best Regards Wych Bearings Limited

“Excellent, prompt service from Wych on two occasions, as usual. I bought new bearings for a bicycle bottom bracket then the following weekend our son came round on his bike saying Dad, the headset's gone all clunky. "Don't worry, I know where to get the parts to sort that."”

“Wasn't sure that I could identify the correct bearings I needed from the massive selection at Wych Bearings. I emailed them via their contact form, attached a couple of photos of what I needed and crossed my fingers. Within an hour I was emailed by Sean with two links to the exact products from their catalogue - amazing service. I ordered them that afternoon and they arrived the next day. That is what customer service is about. I will use them again due to their massive range, service and great prices”
