“If you have ever given-up on the NHS and been a recipient of flawed care from one of the brash, perfunctory High St. names it should propel you to an alternative to reconnect with quality hearing. For such reasons I found complete satisfaction at Worcester Hearing. Their preparedness to investigate and satisfy all stages of their professional curiosity was matched by the IT display of results. This reached a level of customer interest and support not previously experienced and is exceptional. Making decisions in a very hasty world is pressurising and charged with risk. Be assured, the world of Worcester Hearing is both comforting, from friendly reception to Alex and his restorative care. After many years of such attention I am aware of my own correct choice. Worcester Hearing is highly recommended”

“Cannot say how friendly and helpful all staff at Worcester are . I have been a customer/patient for a number of years and cannot speak too highly of them . I would recommend them with no complaints . Well done everyone especially Alex Eaves who has looked after me with kindness and patience”

“From the moment I walked into Worcester Hearing Centre, I was made to feel welcome, the reception staff are so nice and friendly. I then met Alex who has been totally amazing throughout all my appointments and went over and above in the service I received. Not only was Alex thorough he gave me so many options, tried different things/tweaked my hearing aids and made sure that I was completely happy with them - Alex has been an absolute star and he is so patient. If you have any reservations about Worcester Hearing Centre please don’t, they are brilliant! A truly life changing experience for me 100% and worth every penny I paid.”

“From Michelle’s warm professional welcome on reception, through to my appointment with Laura, who was not only clinically highly efficient, but talked through the procedure in a transparent manner, the process was pretty much perfect ☺️ Although, unlike a fellow reviewer, I didn’t get a cup of tea (my fault, as I only arrived just in time!) - but I’ll ask for one next time, as I’ll definitely be returning 😉 Thank you!”

“I went in completely deaf in my right ear and came out after a short time with full hearing after a painless wax removal, couldn't be happier! Laura was excellent explaining everything step by step and Kim on reception was lovely, and made me a lovely cup of tea while i was waiting. x”

“An excellent service, having ear wax removal. It's a relatively minor procedure, but it's important it's done safely. It was completely painfree, and reassuring to see images of my ears afterwards. Laura was professional, polite and friendly, and I would thoroughly recommend her care, as well as the Worcester Hearing Centre generally. Michelle (receptionist) was also friendly and efficient.”

“I chose Worcester H.C. after reading other reviews.I also wanted a personal contact and a provider that offered an ongoing support arrangement.From the outset Adam offered very helpful and constructive advice and after purchase made sure that the hearing aids were set correctly.I am very pleased with them.I also found the Reception Staff very pleasant and helpful.”

“Recently had my ears cleared at Worcester Centre. Very friendly Reception by Michelle - Tea/Coffee/Sweets provided. Procedure carried out by Laura who was as friendly and efficient as I had been given to believe by another customer. Everything explained as the procedure took place and scan of the ears was shown and explained as it appeared on Screen. Very satisfied; thank you.”

“This was my second attempt at hearing aids and was therefore apprehensive. From the first impression of making the appointment - service could not have been better. Adam was patient and professional dealing with all my concerns. He took time, making adjustments and 'tweaks' until I was entirely satisfied and happy with the aids. I now cannot imagine life with my hearing aids! And the good service has continued when ever I have required any further help and support. Thank you all very much!”

“Excellent experience throughout. Managed to get an appointment same day of contacting Stratford Hearing Ctr after being really uncomfortable for a week and near deaf due to wax build up in my ears. NHS told me I would have to wait 5 weeks!! Nice greeting and Laura was amazing, explaining the procedure in depth and showing photos before and after treatment. What a relief after microsuction ear wax removal, these guys are terrific, well trained - worth spending the money to put you out of misery! We take our hearing and other senses for granted, when they go wrong, it is these kind people you want at the end of a phone, understanding and wanting to help you feel better - well done guys!”

“A last minute on the day booking. Fortunately for me they had a free slot. Excellent service which sorted out my ear wax problem. Use of both suction and irrigation with photos to show the result left me with much improved hearing.”

“I was adamant I did not want hearing aids, however I could not go on not hearing properly close conversations, TV and telephone calls etc etc so I went as recommended to the Worcester Hearing Centre, reception gave me a warm welcome and Alex introduced himself, who as I was to discover, is a warm sensitive and articulate person who understands his clients well, he instantly put me at ease, gently leading me through the process of discovering my hearing weakness and what he could do to improve matters. I now have very discreet, super streamlined hearing devices, I could not be more delighted with the results and improvements in my hearing, I shall continue to work with Alex and fully recommend him and the services of the Worcester Hearing Centre.”

“I attended for a hearing check on 23/07/2024 and I am quite disabled. The receptionist - Michelle was very helpful, welcoming and friendly. She was very efficient when dealing with the payment which I consider a very fair price for the service. I saw Laura for my ear check and she was fully up to date with my medical history and explained everything she was doing clearly. She was very kind and helpful and provided a few useful ideas on how to deal with my ear problem. I feel very confident in her abilities and knowledge.”

“In this past week I've visited Worcester Hearing Centre for my 2nd and 3rd times. Booking the appointments was handled by Kim on reception was quick and hassle free. Both appointments were conducted by Alex who was kind, professional and patient when it came to answering my many (many) questions. Overall, a flawless service which I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who lives in the area. “I attended Worcester Hearing Centre for a hearing test with Alex a very patient and caring audiologist.He diagnosed Cookie bite hearing loss which is quite unusual.I also suffer with excessive earwax which is an additional problem.I attend every 12 months for a micro ear syringe,a procedure Alex adeptly carries out,putting me at ease throughout.At every appointment there is a warm and friendly welcome with hot drink provided at Reception if you wish.Many Thanks.Highly recommended.”

“I have worn hearing aids for over 30 yrs. I have had numerous audiologists, NHS, private firms and larger chain stores. Each time I sought a new team as I had doubts about the level of expertise and service. Finally I have found Worcester Hearing Centre and now I feel confident that I have a good service. Alex has taken time and trouble to tune my new aids to my unique needs, giving me time to get used to them and adjusting them to my personal hearing loss. I have every confidence that future levels of service will be at the same level and that I will be regularly followed up and any future adjustments completed. I would recommend the centre to others.
