“As hearing loss is hereditary with my family I knew that at some point I would have to get help. A colleague recommended The Worcester & Stratford Hearing Centres and I’m so glad he did. I have received a very high quality of care, support and advice over the last 5 years at the Worcester branch. The ladies in reception, Kim and Michelle are very welcoming, helpful and polite. My Audiologist Laura has been exceptional, her close monitoring of the slow decline of my hearing meant that my hearing aids were recommended at the right time. This has been life changing for myself and my family. The support, advice and aftercare I have received since the fitting has been outstanding and knowing this will continue for the next 5 years was the reassurance I was looking for. Thank you to team at Worcester.”

“Alex was personally recommended by a colleague after I had been diagnosed with symmetrical hearing loss by NHS and was still waiting after long time for hearing aids. Alex has been brilliant from then on with comprehensive hearing test (An eye opener after the NHS tests - I hadn't realised how many words I was mishearing in crowded places), helping with choice of hearing aids (amazing as comfortable and blue tooth connection to phone which makes work calls much clearer) and brilliant after fitting care. A definite plus has been hearing a lark and pinpointing where this was in the sky.”

“Brilliant service and price. Dropped off broken device at mid day Monday, quoted for repair and it was fixed and ready for collection by mid day Wednesday. All this without being a registered client. Special thanks to Michelle and Kim for a personal service which was second to none.”

“This is my second visit to Worcester Hearing. Both visits were in connection with a blocked ear - a relatively common but debilitating condition. There are several private audiologists in Worcester and I am sure all are very capable but I was reassured by WHC’s longevity, reputation and their friendly and professional approach. They are clearly popular as the first available appointment was a week and a half away. I was warmly welcomed by Michelle and Kim and my appointment with Laura was on time. Laura explained each stage of the process and was careful and attentive to my comfort throughout. Its strange to say I enjoyed the experience but I did and that is testament to the quality of the service. Highly recommended and I will be attending for an annual check up!”

“Alex was amazing when I went in nervously for my first set of ear plugs. We have a very loud snoring Bulldog and he has been preventing me from sleeping. “Previously a high street hearing care customer I decided to try Worcester Hearing Centre because I wanted a wider choice of the latest devices on the market. After the most comprehensive set of hearing tests Alex fitted me with a trial pair of a new model that I wanted to try. Alex also suggested I try a different make and model that he felt would better suit my needs. The fitting of my chosen device was very thorough with much attention to selecting the correct ear dome, fine tuning and a further in ear test. Hearing aids are expensive so having the opportunity to pick the very best device for me and have its performance optimised is invaluable. Many thanks to Alex and the excellent team.”

“As a Barbershop singer, I rely on my hearing aids to keep me in tune. I bought my Resound Lynx Quattro hearing aids from a hearing cntre in East Anglia six years ago. Following a house move to the area, and much house building and renovation work, my hearing was deteriorating and my hearing aids were suffering too! Alex and his team at Worcester Hearing Centre provided knowledgeable and friendly diagnosis, advice and succesful treatment as well as access to effective hearing aid service. I am now back in tune, and hearing properly again. Thank you Alex and Worcester Hearing Centre.”

“Professionalism at its finest, from start to finish. I was pleasantly greeted by the reception team upon my arrival and didn't have to wait more than a few minutes to be called in for my appointment. I was led into the consultation room and offered a tea/coffee which instantly put me in a state of relaxation as I was slightly apprehensive. Laura was incredibly knowledgeable and such a warm, kind professional. Laura gave me as much time as I needed to explain my issue and answered all my initial queries with complete confidence and cohesion. All of the tests were explained fully and clearly to put me further at ease. We sat together at the end of the consultation and discussed my results and Laura gave some further advice to go away with. Overall a fantastic experience which has helped to put my worries to bed. A huge thank you to Laura and the team. I would strongly recommend using this business for any of your hearing needs!”

“I would highly recommend the Stratford Hearing Centre. With hearing loss and having to suddenly come to terms with Ménière’s disease / tinnitus and vertigo - the empathy and understanding of this condition at this centre was exceptional and made everything more reassuring. So delighted with my new hearing aid and it has literally transformed my day to day life.
