“Panels arrived on time although the packaging on one box was damaged with damage on the panel luckily it was on the back of the panel and I could hide it behind skirting Poor handling by couriers I think”

Hi Lynsey, Thank you for your review. We understand at times measurements aren't correct or fitters make a poor cut, but when orders are being placed for more, we need customers to let us know the batch. If you haven't fitted the panel and you know the previous batch you received, let me know so they can be swapped out. When a batch runs out, the new colour will always potentially be a shade different and if we don't have a batch of the old one, you've unfortunately purchased between batches. “I received excellent advice from 2 customer service agents and the pricewas very competitive ( over £ 200 cheaper than the company I bought my last panels from. Delivery was only 48 hours which was very impressive as they were not in stock at Wet Wall Works.”

“3/8 panels arrived damaged £1200+ spent but only a partial refund of £65 offered. Replacements were offered taking up to 5 days but both orders were next day delivery for a reason!”

Hi Jo, Looking into your order, your first order wasn't next day; you opted for the free delivery service but in the notes asked if the panels could be received on a particular day, which we honoured. We paid for a next-day service; otherwise, it would have been a 2-3 working day service, and the likelihood is you wouldn't have been home or you would have needed to make further alternative arrangements. Your fitter had cut the panels and afterwards noticed an issue with the T&G. You understood that we couldn't replace the item, as the fitter should have noted this prior to cutting; hence, you purchased a new panel and paid for the next day service. This panel was received the following day and there was a mark on the face, fortunately in an area which you could work with due to the panel being cut down. Hands up that was incredibly poor of our courier. You had the option either to receive a new panel or to receive a £65 refund. You wanted the £65 plus a further £55, which was the delivery charge. We explained that the delivery charge would have to remain, as you had received the item within 24 hours, but £65 was extremely fair from our point of view due to the fact the item was being cut down. You changed your mind and said you'd take a replacement panel instead, but the panel needed to be picked up and delivered back to our warehouse before we could send another, which would have taken 5 working days. I arranged the collection, and you agreed on a slot with the courier, which you then emailed me saying you'd missed the courier by 10 minutes as you were out, so I'll take whatever you can give. We did then follow up with our word of £65. Thank you once again, Rupert

“Pleased with the speedy response to my request for samples. Thank you for that. However I was disappointed with the sample shading in comparison to the brochure. My plumber and I thought we would go to the local distributor to look at larger samples. Thank you again.”

Thank you for the positive review, and at least you were able to see what the panels look like in the flesh compared to a brochure. We hold the largest stock quantity of these panels in the UK, so when you're ready to order, please call us or pop back online, as you'll have the panels the very next day :-) Kind Regards Rupert

Hi Alain, The difference between your screen resolution and what's in your hand will always differ, but the image was taken in our own studio with lighting and is true to what I see. We did ask you to send photos, just in case there had been a picking error, which you chose to ignore and hung up. Our returns policy is clear for you to read on every page, so I am surprised you never read this content before making a purchase. Unfortunately, you didn't have Amazon Prime, which means you have to pay postage for a return, as that shouldn't be our cost as you chose not to read the returns procedure prior to buying.
