I ordered 2 shower panels (£200)where one (when opened) ws damaged. Unfortunately I didn't notice these within 24 hours as I did not open the package - they are 2400 x 1000 and I am a retired lady. The box had been sat in my hallway where it caused no obstruction. When my contractors opened the box 1 week later we noticed one was damaged. I contacted Wet Wall Works - whose response was - if only you had reported within 24 hours their response quote "would have been different". Not great customer service.

Hi Melissa, Thank you for your review, and it was myself who responded to your email as you wanted me to comment on what you had written to. Firstly, it is always upsetting to read emails or take phone calls about items damaged by the couriers. We spend a lot of money and time wrapping our items and hate when customers are let down. What we do ask, which is written in all emails, is that items are inspected as soon as they are received. If you aren't able to do this, then you could have notified us, as we are unaware of people's circumstances at home. Checking items prior to fitting saves you fitting costs and stress as we can resolve all issues prior to the fitter turning up. Again, I am sorry that damage has occurred, and we do resolve issues when we are contacted prior to fitting. We can't resolve issues when the fitter is on site, and unfortunately they had been with you for 10 days, which we would have swapped out for you. Kind Regards Rupert

Beware if fitting Chevron Blue shower panel, getting the pattern lined up was a pain, especially as the factory cut ends had to be trimmed both ends because they were so poor. Panels cheap but not good quality material brittle and finish looks like it would rub off with a flannel. Good in pictures not so good in real life. Wetworks were a little poor in the comms as well and the delivery took 3 weeks to arrive, even though they said it was in stock when I ordered it.

Hi Davy, Thank you for the feedback on the panels, and there was an issue with the Navy Chevron. Our system said we had stock, which was wrong, but we had some on order, which was to fall in the shipping time line. The factory delayed the print of this panel, which added a further 14 days to the delivery, which was appalling and caused a headache for the webteam. I can only apologise again, and if you are looking for panels in the future, please email websales@wetwallworks.co.uk and I'll make sure things run smoothly this time. Concerning the print line, unfortunately this is the case with all printed pvc panels. Panels with a film do not have this, nor do the Ply or MDF panels, as the lamintae runs the full length of the panel. Thank you once again and have a good day. Kind Regards Rupert

One of our ceiling panels has a dent in it but because we didn’t check it within 48hours (because we weren’t ready to use them) we are struggling to get a replacement from the company. If you’re buying from this company please keep this in mind. The panels are fine but see if you can find a company that fulfils their responsibility to provide undamaged panels.

Hi Kathryn, I spoke to you on the phone about this, as we were sorting out an extra panel to help you out. What I would say in response to your review is we never send out damaged items, but it is the responsibility of the person accepting the goods to check them. Our emails do tell customers to check the items as soon as they receive them. Waiting to check items when they are to be fitted only causes the buyer issues. First, they have a fitter on site doing nothing; needless costs as they are paying for a fitter, rescheduling fitters, and then the time/costs involved. We can rectify any issues straight away with our 24-hour delivery service. After a given time, the couriers won't let us claim for damages, as damage can occur in one's home. I'm not for a minute saying this is the case with you, but the headache would have been resolved if you inspected the items you bought within the set time period rather than the option you took. This is the same with every company, not just Wet Wall Works, as buyers have a responsibility to inspect what they purchased within a reasonable time period. Kind Regards Rupert

Unfortunately some items were missing from the delivery which was a shame. However, customer services were as prompt as I could hope for. Other than the missing items, the rest of the delivery was exactly as expected.

Good product and availability on the site. Good prompt delivery - or so I thought. I was notified that the parcel would arrive on the Thurs between 0800 and 1800. Posponed a couple of things to stay around the house... but no message or delivery! Next day same things - but unfortunately I couldnt be around, but my neighbours were (and received another parcel from DPD for me). My parcel from Wet Wall (DX Freight) did come at some point but was simply left outside on the door step. My neighbour only spotted the parcel the following morning and took it in. The parcel was soaked, as it had rained overnight, but fortunately the goods ordered werent perishable. I would consider using Wetwall again - for the goods. However I would try others first as I am not happy with their delivery partner's service.

Hi Bishal, Thank you for your review, but you cancelled the order as the panels were being manufactured and you couldn't wait the week it was going to take. Certain designs are key sellers and whilst we hold a lot of stock, from time to time the construction industry can wipe out our stock in one go, as this particular design, a customer bought 540 Onyx panels. We are currently at -160 of this particular panel, which will take now another 10 days to manufacture, which is a shame, as your original order would have been delivered by now but shortly we will be back to healthy stock levels. Delivery was late i had to chase this with DX delivery , when it arrived there was a item missing , since then i have called you twice with promises of a new packege being sent but no sign or update on this since.

Unfortunately did not have a great experience. Nearly 3 weeks for the wet wall to be delivered casing delays and on 2 occasions we were advised we would recieve a call back to a advise what was happening with the order and we did not get called back.

Really great! Wish I’d ordered all my bathroom accessories from here, but didn’t realise it wasn’t just Wet Wall 😩. Really helpful and friendly and so easy to swap/refund items both in store and online. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Terrible customer service, they delivered the wrong panels. Never apologised. Just sent a new panel 4 days later. If you’re reading this then find a different company to buy from. Don’t give them your money find someone else to buy from.

Hi Scott, Thank you for your review, and I'll fill in the backstory. You placed your order on the 6th of November during the evening when we are closed. The following day (7th), your panels and accessories were sent via 24-hour delivery, as this was the service you paid. On Friday, your items turned up at your property at 10:04am. At approximately 16:30 you called, stating you had an issue with the panel, which is always gutting to hear. You were asked to send photos as we have to determine what has occurred. You were also told that the couriers had already been in to collect the daily deliveries, as they visit the warehouse normally between 14:00 and 15:00, and any replacement items wouldn't be sent out until Monday for a Tuesday delivery. At 16:48, you sent a long email stating that we ought to cover your additional costs, still no photo's, which we responded to by pointing out the terms & conditions you agreed to and a gentle reminder for these photo's demonstrating the issue. At 17:36, you sent the photo's by which time we had closed, as you will have seen that we close at 17:00 from our website. Monday, we responded to your email, picked and dispatched the item, which arrived on Tuesday at 09:54. I would advise any customer that's in a hurry: once receiving your items, please check them as soon as they are received. The sooner you make contact, provide the information listed on our site and from what we tell you, the sooner any issue will be resolved. On the phone I was apologetic, polite, and fixed the issue, and it's a shame you feel the way you do. I hope you are okay and that your customer is happy with the panels. Kind Regards Rupert
