“Packaged really well. Exactly as ordered. Payed extra for next day delivery. Only shame was I wasn't able to track it. But it was delivered next day and really pleased with the service.”

“Although I never ended up buying the item and had to cancel my order due to a mix up with my tradesperson. Wet wall works were brilliant, completely understood my issue and allowed me to cancel my order even though I had ordered on next day as it hadn't been dispatched and were able to locate it in the warehouse. Cannot comment on product but their customer service was excellent!”

“I bought several samples for comparison but had to email in a query re: one of the designs I forgot to order. It was quickly answered giving me the information I needed.. However, the samples are of different sizes depending on the design which made it difficult for me when comparing.”

“I was very impressed with the customer service – every staff member I spoke to was efficient and helpful. Unfortunately, I encountered multiple issues with the delivery company, including delays and items being sent to the wrong address. While the delivery experience was extremely poor, the customer service team did their best to assist and resolve the situation. However, the delivery problems were significant enough that they could influence our decision to reorder in the future.”

Hi Stephen, Thank you for your review, and I will pass the information on to the web team. Concerning DX, I see that the driver ran out of time twice. Simply not good enough! I never understand if the drivers run out of time why the couriers don't upgrade jobs to an AM delivery the following morning and inform us, as it's infuriating waiting around for a no show. Looking further into this, they have a depot in Newport which is 60 minutes drive away, but an DX Express depot in Bridgend, where you live. Think they should rename the branch! Sorry Stephen about this, but in the future please give me a bell or email, as any order placed I can keep my eye on, and once the jobs on the vehicle, I will make contact with them. “Panels arrived on time although the packaging on one box was damaged with damage on the panel luckily it was on the back of the panel and I could hide it behind skirting Poor handling by couriers I think”

Hi Lynsey, Thank you for your review. We understand at times measurements aren't correct or fitters make a poor cut, but when orders are being placed for more, we need customers to let us know the batch. If you haven't fitted the panel and you know the previous batch you received, let me know so they can be swapped out. When a batch runs out, the new colour will always potentially be a shade different and if we don't have a batch of the old one, you've unfortunately purchased between batches.
