“Good products and excellent service. It is rare to find a company these days that even offers a 24h delivery service - this was a godsend for us. There is an extra change for it but we're happy to pay when supplies are urgently needed.”

“I was only ordering samples which took at least 4 weeks to come and weren’t marked as to which samples they were. Phoned to ask about them after about 3 weeks, left message no one phoned back. Wouldn’t stop me buying from the company but only if purchasing in store”

Hi Margaret, Thank you for your review, and you're correct, it did take a lot longer for you to receive your samples. There were no samples left from the supplier, so we had to cut up some panels to fulfil your order. There should have been labels on the back explaining the product name, but if you would like to email over images, we will rename them for you. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. “Had wetwall installed 20 years ago and had no problems with them so iv ordered again from them. One of the boards was damaged but there was no problem in getting it exchang if I needed to. One problem I have is not with wetwall but with the delivery company as I asked for the delivery driver to contact me 30 minutes before arriving and they didn't.”

“Initially very good service.. I recommend you use a different carrier.. I paid for next day delivery.. & received my delivery 4 days later..when I finally received my order one of the panels was damaged but fortunately it was a part of the panel I didn’t need.. good product overall.”

“Ridiculously tiny samples. Can't believe you even charged me for sending those they should have been free they were so tiny they were useless and the quality was poor and cheap of all samplease recieved anyways so deffo will not be using this company”

Hi Annmarie, The free samples provided are from the supplier, Multipanel, which is a colour swatch outlined in the content, but the only cost involved was 95p which is a contribution towards delivery. To get an idea of what the entire panel looks like, you can either view the product online, request for images to be sent or purchase a panel and then return it. Inside the packaging, there will have been a flyer explaining that these samples are the laminate (face of the panel), not a cutting of the sample. If you would like to see the core of the panel, we have explained what request you should have written in the comments box, but on investigating, there are no notes from you. Due to costs, most customers are happy with seeing the face, as the core, in your case an 11 mm MDF core, serves no purpose except to keep the panel rigid.
