“I bought several samples for comparison but had to email in a query re: one of the designs I forgot to order. It was quickly answered giving me the information I needed.. However, the samples are of different sizes depending on the design which made it difficult for me when comparing.”

“Panels arrived on time although the packaging on one box was damaged with damage on the panel luckily it was on the back of the panel and I could hide it behind skirting Poor handling by couriers I think”

“Great price compared to high street. Delivery cost fair. Delivery super quick. BUT Boards had damage to corner edges requiring them to be cut down by a few centimetres. This not a major problem, more a nuisance really. I have reported this via email to customer care but have not had a response! Shame otherwise would have given 5 ⭐ rating.”

“Unfortunately some items were missing from the delivery which was a shame. However, customer services were as prompt as I could hope for. Other than the missing items, the rest of the delivery was exactly as expected.”

“It would have had 5 stars but the courier damaged 2 of the panels fortunately I could cut the damage off so it wasn't a problem, not wanting to big myself up but the job went very well and looked great, I would certainly bye again.”

“Great product. Terrible delivery - 12 hour slot !! I paid £50 extra for next day. It should at least be a half day window. Or updated in the day to a 2 hour slot.”

“The shower boards arrived on time. They look great but we have only had them installed for a few days so can't comment further. Wet Wall Works' courier delivered the boards to the wrong house and left them outside, however when I called Wet Wall Works about this they were very helpful and understanding so I was impressed with their customer service.”

“Delivery and sorting out a replacement that BQ had on their website. Very good BUT still waiting for refund as replacements are £25 cheaper than original product. Still waiting to be installed so hopefully all will be ok!!!!!”

“Really great and helpful customer service (I think I spoke with Lee), looked into the delivery issues I had and kept me up to date on what was happening and I never had to ring back to chase it up. Delivery company was a bit of a pain which led to a few issues but Wet Wall Works themselves were fab.”

“The wrong product arrived and had to contact Wet Wall Works. Cannot rate the product but the company handled the process very well and the payment has been refunded. Would recommend the company however.”
