“Arrived quickly. The colour was correct but the tile size is completely different to the images shown for the product. I expected a brick style as shown in photos but actually got much larger tile on the panel and definitely not brick style. A bit disappointing but we went with it anyway”

Thank you for your review. Looking into your order, I believe you should have ordered the Metro design wall panel, not the Large Tile design. In the future, please raise a return on the panels you wrongly ordered, as we would have swapped them over and advised what should have been purchased so you had the prefect look. Hi David, Thank you for your review. You have bought one panel from us, which is not going to match the other panel purchased from another company. The grout lines are printed differently when studying the shading, and the panel on the left looks bleached with the creamy tinge. Personally, if you are buying panels from different companies, you either have to make sure the batch numbers are the same if they are from the same factory or you must have the RAL number. As the two panels are very different, it would have been best to raise a return with one of the retailers and then purchase another panel of the same batch. That way your panels would match up and you'd leave a 5 star review, as your 1-star review should not be a reflection on us when we are not at fault. Kind Regards Rupert

Hi Bobby, I have tried to work with you, but your colourful language was unacceptable. The items, per the couriers photos, show the items at the porch. If the items have been stolen, the police need to be involved as someone has been on your land. No one would have walked off with the items due to the quantity, weight, and sheer size of the panels, as they are 2.4 metres high by 1 metre wide, weighing at least 10kg each. A van would have been needed to remove these items. You have never asked for replacements, just your money back, which, as you and other readers will appreciate, we won't do as there seems to be more to this issue, which is why the police should be involved. Once you have a crime reference number, pass it on, as we and the couriers are here to help. Kind Regards Rupert

“Fast delivery but the panels were all marked and had to be replaced. Rupert said he would have the warehouse check for unmarked panels. Four days later I chased for a reply and three days later got a response simply stating replacements would be sent. No quality checks had been done by the warehouse. Out of 12 panels, 1 was free of blemishes, I then took the 5 least marked panels as I was under a time constraint. I emailed to say that I don't think I should be paying full price for damaged goods. They never replied. I chased a week later and still no reply, it's been three weeks. Ghosted.”

Hi Helen, I have left you a voicemail as your samples were dispatched the following day on a 24-hour service with Royal Mail. I have also spoken with the team, as your review is the first we've known about your samples not arriving. If you had phoned or emailed, we would have dispatched them out again for you which I hope you would have seen that we are proactive and been let down by RM.
