“We ordered 9 panels from two designs. The web-site ordering was no problem. Spoke to customer service before to check a few things..very polite and helpful as wanted our order to be delivered during a specific week. When they were getting order ready found that they didn't have enough from the same batch so phoned me to give me options. They transfered enough from another depot and still managed to get order delivered during our target week! Guys who delivered (DX) were great and the order has arrived and checked by us but not yet fitted. Everything so far has been a great experience with Wet Wall Works and would definitely use them again in the future.”

Good Morning Hugo, Very confused concerning your review, and probably best you call the web team on 0300 3035553 as reviews matter, but you have chosen a 1 star when nothing has happened at our end to justify this. The order you placed on the 4th of March was delivered on the 6th, as there are pictures showing the items in your home that match the GPS tracking. Another 2 orders were placed when our offices were closed Friday night, 5 minutes apart from one another. Out of courteousness, I called and left you a voicemail to see if you made a mistake or if you did need the panels, as they were identical to one another. Presumably, from your comment, this was your mistake, but there are no emails from you which you mentioned had been sent, only a review. Can you call 0300 3035553 or email websales@wetwallworks.co.uk with what you requested so I am confident we are making the correct choice and not on a review platform! Thank you Rupert

Hi Jon, You purchased the Kelpie Pennine Sample, and it is exactly the same as the picture, as this picture was taken in our studio with no editing apart from cropping of the image. Can you email websales@wetwallworks with the design you hoped to have a sample of, and we will send this out in the post for you. Kind Regards Rupert

“Arrived quickly. The colour was correct but the tile size is completely different to the images shown for the product. I expected a brick style as shown in photos but actually got much larger tile on the panel and definitely not brick style. A bit disappointing but we went with it anyway”

Thank you for your review. Looking into your order, I believe you should have ordered the Metro design wall panel, not the Large Tile design. In the future, please raise a return on the panels you wrongly ordered, as we would have swapped them over and advised what should have been purchased so you had the prefect look.
