“I was very impressed with the customer service – every staff member I spoke to was efficient and helpful. Unfortunately, I encountered multiple issues with the delivery company, including delays and items being sent to the wrong address. While the delivery experience was extremely poor, the customer service team did their best to assist and resolve the situation. However, the delivery problems were significant enough that they could influence our decision to reorder in the future.”

Hi Stephen, Thank you for your review, and I will pass the information on to the web team. Concerning DX, I see that the driver ran out of time twice. Simply not good enough! I never understand if the drivers run out of time why the couriers don't upgrade jobs to an AM delivery the following morning and inform us, as it's infuriating waiting around for a no show. Looking further into this, they have a depot in Newport which is 60 minutes drive away, but an DX Express depot in Bridgend, where you live. Think they should rename the branch! Sorry Stephen about this, but in the future please give me a bell or email, as any order placed I can keep my eye on, and once the jobs on the vehicle, I will make contact with them. “Arrived quickly. The colour was correct but the tile size is completely different to the images shown for the product. I expected a brick style as shown in photos but actually got much larger tile on the panel and definitely not brick style. A bit disappointing but we went with it anyway”

Thank you for your review. Looking into your order, I believe you should have ordered the Metro design wall panel, not the Large Tile design. In the future, please raise a return on the panels you wrongly ordered, as we would have swapped them over and advised what should have been purchased so you had the prefect look. “Order placed for next day delivery, they couldn't fulfill that order due to stock so they refunded me my delivery cost. I was then told to expect delivery on that Friday as they would recieve panels on Thursday. No panels arrived on Friday, no message or call to say when. Monday passes and no panels, still no contact, Tuesday pasess and still no panels or contact. Panels finally arrive on wednesday. Job was meant to be finished 1 week ago. Total irrate customer. Love there panels but timescales are never right. Won't purchase again as had this issue before.”

“Products look really lovely and prices appear reasonable . However I only purchased samples, which then took a week to arrive, by which time I had to make a decision and so had unfortunately already ordered a different product from another supplier. However, I will keep the samples and hopefully use WetWall Works on my next project. If you could try and get samples out quicker though that would be helpful, as often we don’t have long before a decision has to be made and an order placed.”

“Good product and availability on the site. Good prompt delivery - or so I thought. I was notified that the parcel would arrive on the Thurs between 0800 and 1800. Posponed a couple of things to stay around the house... but no message or delivery! Next day same things - but unfortunately I couldnt be around, but my neighbours were (and received another parcel from DPD for me). My parcel from Wet Wall (DX Freight) did come at some point but was simply left outside on the door step. My neighbour only spotted the parcel the following morning and took it in. The parcel was soaked, as it had rained overnight, but fortunately the goods ordered werent perishable. I would consider using Wetwall again - for the goods. However I would try others first as I am not happy with their delivery partner's service.”

Hi Bishal, Thank you for your review, but you cancelled the order as the panels were being manufactured and you couldn't wait the week it was going to take. Certain designs are key sellers and whilst we hold a lot of stock, from time to time the construction industry can wipe out our stock in one go, as this particular design, a customer bought 540 Onyx panels. We are currently at -160 of this particular panel, which will take now another 10 days to manufacture, which is a shame, as your original order would have been delivered by now but shortly we will be back to healthy stock levels. “Unfortunately did not have a great experience. Nearly 3 weeks for the wet wall to be delivered casing delays and on 2 occasions we were advised we would recieve a call back to a advise what was happening with the order and we did not get called back.”

“I requested samples which were sent quite quickly. However, the wall panel I was most interested in (Fibo Timeless Light Mint) was nothing like the colour shown online, so I won't be placing an order.”

“Quality of product is great. Let down by cowboy delivery company DX Delivery. All corners of all shower wall panels were damaged and the face of one panel. Not surprised, the way the panels (marked fragile!) were thrown into the delivery van.”

“Unfortunatly i was let down by this company, first the order was not sent out and so did not arrive in time before i went away. my order was a fibo board. i then had to change the delivery address to the customer address, sadly when it was delivered it was damaged and then they re, deliverd another board that was also damaged. they sent out a third board and this time it was fine. although an unfortunate experience for me the team at wet wall works were very helpfull and sorted the problem each time no questions asked. i would suggest that prehapes they should consider a different delivery company.... it is of course possible that it was just bad look and a one off event.”

“The quality of the product is fantastic. Fibo panels are lovely. However, the delivery company they use clearly lacks care for their customer's products. The packaging was damaged on arrival to my home. The corners and some aspects of the length of the packaging were damaged. The delivery company, had clearly allowed the items to be heavily impacted and damaged. The level of care taken by the courier was clearly lacking. The majority of the panels, were damaged. The corners were dented and the tongue and grove on some panels were damaged. Thankfully, our Plumber was skillful enough to select and trim the panals to fit and hide the damage behind the bathroom units. Otherwise the complete order would have needed to be returned, causing delay. The product itself is of high quality and we have no regrets purchasing Fibo panals from Wet Wall Works. Two things need to improve, the packaging and you need to change your courier.”

“Product not used yet but can’t fault Delivery service. But still waiting for a refund as the replacement panels are £25 cheaper than the ones previously chosen. This means that I’m owed £125!!! Please can this be sorted, urgently!!”

“Obtained Splashback for bathroom refurbishment. Panels arrived in time however Courier refused to assist with deliver to the property, panels were left for us to being in, wish we were told prior we would have to bring them in ourselves permitting us to prepare in advance. Splashback panels look very nice however one of the panels have serve manufacturers damage and a couple of others had minor damage, edges were chipped. Warning check your panels as soon as they are delivered. We were unable to check our panels immediately, owing to limited space, the panels are very large. We could only check at the point they were being fitted and being removed from the packaging to be fitted. End result, bathroom refurbishment looks lovely with Splashback panels.”

Hi Edward, Thank you for your review. Looking into the order, you purchased different brands, which is why they are different shades. To keep the colors the same, you will need to purchase from the same brand as the items will be made in the same factory. If you haven't used the trim, please send it back, and we can get the same brand as the others sent out. Kind Regards Rupert

“Delivery was two days longer than booked due to your delivery service letting you down Two panels had damage on the ends not down to the courier as outside of packaging was not damaged inside box had damage ‘ we did manage to cut this off”

Hi Tracey, Thank you for your review. We try our hardest to get our stock levels correct, but when multiple construction companies purchase in the same week, stock can take a hit. but we notified you about this. A refund for the delivery service was processed, but we would never send out damaged goods! What is likely to have happened is that during transit, an impact occurred, causing this. Please in future if this occurs, email through the images and we can resolve. Thank you Rupert

“Very pleased with the items purchased but not so impressed with having to wait in for two days for delivery. Customer service was excellent but they seem to have little influence on how the carrier operates. I had to cancel my bathroom fitter because the main part of my order arrived too late.”
