Good morning Esther, In my opinion, the one star is extremely harsh, and I hope once you've read the below, you will amend it, as reviews are important. For every sample product, the title is named, e.g., Fibo Rough Cement Colour Swatch – Sample, in the description we back this up. We have over 350 designs in stock. Some tile effect panels have grout lines 60 cm apart; therefore, to receive the full tile design, we could only cut 4 samples per panel. As the samples are free, this is not cost-effective for both product and packaging, and you would need to be home to sign for your samples, lengthening the delivery time. We would charge 1/4 of the RRP of a full panel, which would be counterproductive for us wanting to convert a sample order, and you'd run a mile ever placing a sample order due to the cost. On placing your order, the email received also pointed out that you would receive colour swatch samples, and once receiving the samples, you should have read the flyer, again explaining everything above. Our samples measure 18cm by 10cm, which give a good indication of the most prominent colour, so you can match up to other items in the environment the panel would be fitted to and how the light would be on the product compared to viewing on a screen. The flyer does say, If you have any questions, make contact, which we would hope be by phone or email, rather than a review site, but if you wish to see a full image or a video, we can certainly do this for you. Alternatively, please purchase a panel, and then we can arrange a returns code for you. That way, if the panel was a marble design, you would see the entire panel. Hope this clears up the sample size, and I would be grateful if you could amend your review. Kind regards, Rupert

“Ordered by phone 6 panels and trim for delivery in Largs the next morning . It was. All positioned in the room I indicated. All in perfect condition. They even offered to call back if I had over ordered ! Fast and friendly and overall I can't fault the experience of buying from WWW. Panels are up and look terrific. Thoroughly recommended. “This seems like a good service , with one exception … booking Delivery appears as a random text message from ‘PDS’ which looks like spam, doesn’t say anything shower panel related or the company name- so delayed the project 1 week as we were expecting it just to ship … no problem booking a slot but it’s not made clear when ordering!! Telephoned customer service and the guy was very helpful sorting us out.”

“This review deals with buying and delivering as I won’t be fitting the panels until July. Website easy to use, enough choices for me. Specifications and information very good and the important this is that price was competitive. Not to cheapest but not the most expensive. Delivery times were good. Delivery made with a week of purchasing panels, good communication by delivery driver and helpful when unloading and checking what was sent. Communication with company has been good. Will use again and will edit review once panels have been fitted.”

“Ordered 3 x panels and pid extra for next day delivery. Only received 2 x panels. When I finally managed to get through to wet wall works, they informed me that my panel was in Scotland. My job was in SELondon.two days later I was told that the panel was lost and a new one would be dispatched next day. It took 7 days for me to recieve the final panel. My customer not happy. And all of my jobs put back. I did recieve a part refund of £35 . I Spoke with Lee on customer service, who was helpful in resolving the issue. However I will not be using your company or recommending them to anyone . Same applies to DX courier”

“The guy on the phone was extremely helpful but unfortunately the delivery company let you down. Was promised delivery on a set day but this didn’t happen because the agent (Grand Prox expresse) couldn’t fulfil this timescale. Would’ve been 5 star otherwise”
