“Ordered a sample of a tile panel. It was just a thin piece of card - absolutely ridiculous. Definitely will not be purchasing anything from this company!”

Hi Lydia, Thank you for your review, but I need to explain what you received. The suppliers/manufacturers supply the laminate (face of the panel) to most retailers. Fortunately, due to the volume we sell, suppliers do supply panels for us to cut up, but the bottle green is brand new; we haven't been supplied panels from the manufacturer yet, hence the laminate, which is standard practice, was dispatched to you on a next-day service. Inside the packaging you received a cutting of a panel core from the manufacturer plus information outlining what I have written above. We try our utmost to provide actual cuttings of the panels, but the industry standard is the laminate, as it's a colour swatch. Hope this clears things up. Kind regards Rupert

Good afternoon Jane, I've looked into your order and the samples received. I believe you are talking about the light grey pvc sample as the panel is currently out of stock but will be back in stock within the next 3 weeks. We are waiting for the container to arrive in but whilst we try are best at always having items in stock, we sometimes do run out when construction companies buy a few hundred at a time and wipe us out. The other 3 samples you received are all in stock but if you would like some more sending please let me know as I will arrange this for you. Kind regards Rupert

“The wet wall sample did not give a good representation of the wet wall. I ordered the subway tile effect sample but it did not show this only the colour which was white so not really a true reflection of the product. Very quick delivery”

“I’ve only orders samples so far but the quality is excellent, I especially like the grooves to make the panels look more like tile. Now the true test is getting my wife to agree on the style! I’ve got plumbers waiting to go and we are stuck on deciding which style to go for. Oh well, I’ll order once we’ve agreed…see you next year ;)”
