Hi Vicky, Looking at tracking, I can see they delivered the panels to Partridge Kitchens which, as you've pointed out, is down the road. I'm so so sorry they did this and can only imagine, as you live in the middle of some beautiful countryside, the drivers are so used to driving to this large converted farm that they didn't read the document and went by postcode. Not good enough and I'll get this passed on as they've caused us to get this negative review. Thank you Vicky and I'll pass the positive info to the team :-) Kind Regards Rupert

“Great product smooth transaction, then the problems started was told out for delivery between 8 an 6on Tuesday no delivery will be out weds morning arrived Friday @11am”

Thank you for your review. I've looked at both orders and want to give some balance to what you've written. All orders have tracking, and automated emails are sent giving you a delivery day. The first order was placed at 20:05pm 3/9/24, the team dispatched the following day as you paid for a 24 hour service, and you received it on Thursday 5/9/24 at 10:23 am. Your second order was placed on Friday 6/9/24 at 10:23 am, but you paid for a standard delivery, which is a 3-5 working day delivery. An email will have been sent when the item was scanned on to the delivery vehicle, which I appreciate can go to your spam folder, but the delivery was made at 10:26am, which was within the time frame you paid for. Unfortunately, we can't control if emails go to spam but you weren't told the item were going to be delivered between 8am and 6pm on Tuesday, as the automated email from DX alerting you to the collection was sent at 17:46pm on the Tuesday. Please, if you have any questions, you can reach us by phone, WhatsApp, social or email as we can look at live tracking for you. Thank you Rupert

“Not impressed with company. I called the order through to make sure they had stock. Was told yes and it would be sent out next day but it arrived a week later. One panel was damaged but was told it’s ok it’s the rear. I’m sure FIbo manufacturer would not be happy with that response as the whole panel needs to be waterproof and perfect for their guarantee. The panels were not cheap and would you say this if it was a sideboard which the back isn’t seen. Personally I would look at a different company.”

“It was only samples for colour so I can only review the speed with which they arrived, which was good. The product looks suitable for what I would contemplate purchasing later in the year.”

“Ordered three samples. Only two arrived. Quite small so can’t really get an idea of what the wall would look like. It was the sample that didn’t arrive which was the one we really wanted to see.”

“Terrible service in dispatching samples. Two of the samples In the order were missing and not impressed. I orderd the same missing sames again only to find one in the post!. I need them both to make my mind up. Wrote to websales (email address) but no reply or confirmation of receipt or reply. Phoned twice and waited to get through. No reply and after a couple of minutes the phone call got cut off both times with an old fashioned 'phone off the hook' dial tone. Not happy at all. Nit sure I will order from these people!”

“Product not used yet but can’t fault Delivery service. But still waiting for a refund as the replacement panels are £25 cheaper than the ones previously chosen. This means that I’m owed £125!!! Please can this be sorted, urgently!!”

“Delivery and sorting out a replacement that BQ had on their website. Very good BUT still waiting for refund as replacements are £25 cheaper than original product. Still waiting to be installed so hopefully all will be ok!!!!!”

“I really needed bathroom multi panels as quickly as possible for a bathroom project and I got brilliant help finding appropriate colour tiles that were in stock and could be delivered on time. I had called many other companies who all told me it couldn’t be done but wet wall works went the extra mile to get me exactly what I needed in my time frame and customer service was excellent.”
