I ordered this wet wall for my daughter a few weeks ago and has not arrived yet.The chrome edging bits have but nothing else. Please get in touch with me as soon as possible Agnes Weir

Hi Agnes, if you have any issues Thank you for your review but can I ask that you contact customer services if you have any issues rather than leaving a review as your issue would have been dealt with by now. You can reach us by email, phone, social media which can be found on our website but please quote the order number and let the team know your tracking details so we can see why the couriers haven't delivered all the items. Unfortunatly i was let down by this company, first the order was not sent out and so did not arrive in time before i went away. my order was a fibo board. i then had to change the delivery address to the customer address, sadly when it was delivered it was damaged and then they re, deliverd another board that was also damaged. they sent out a third board and this time it was fine. although an unfortunate experience for me the team at wet wall works were very helpfull and sorted the problem each time no questions asked. i would suggest that prehapes they should consider a different delivery company.... it is of course possible that it was just bad look and a one off event.

I was lied to several times about dispatching the order. Had to call multiple times and threaten a call to trading standards to finally get the order despatched, 12 days after placing the order despite being told before ordering that all parts were in stock. Would not recommend this company.

Hi Duane, Thank you for your review. It was myself who dealt with this. The Naturepanels were in stock; the issue that I discussed with you was that the system had allocated a tracking code to your order from DX. DX had to look into this as we're not in a position to send out panels when they are in transit. It turns out, the system had a bug as only by going through the cameras and counting the items loaded that day against our stock could we see that the products hadn't been dispatched. We rectified this straight away, and you were sent your panels, which from start to finish did take 6 working days. Unfortunately for you, there were 2 weekends involved due to the time/day you purchased the items. This bug has been fixed, but most importantly, we hope you love the panels, as the Warmia Walnut panels look fantastic in the flesh. I'm a big fan and I hope you are to. Customer service second to none. An item I ordered was damaged by the courier and was instantly replaced. All my queries raised were quickly answered. Recommend to all.

Absolute nightmare from start to finish. Delivery as delayed twice and was only sent out when I called to remind them to send it out as they forgot about it in the warehouse. They sent an incomplete order, there was a wall board missing. Phone lines were dead when we tried to call. We'll call you back in 5 mins resulted in no call backs. Order took over 10 days to fully arrive, after endless phone calls. Guy on the phone shouted "FOR F*CK SAKE!" when he realised the warehouse staff forgot to process my order for a second time. When I told the guy I had a missing bathroom panel I was told I would have to wait for the warehouse guys (who already forgot to post my order twice) to do a stock take. Why not just send out a new panel immediately. As a result my bathroom build is 3 weeks behind schedule and I now have very angry plumbers, electricians and joiners. Nightmare through out. Absolute joke.

Hi Ashwin, Thank you for your review, and I'm sorry for the colourful language. Concerning the stock take, no offence, but we need to double check what has been sent; historically, we've had our fingers burnt. Once this was completed, the items were sent out on a next day service. We try our best to get items out of the warehouse straight away, your order did take 7 working days from when you placed your order to when you received it. This will be down to the service you chose at checkout and then for us to check the stock once you notified us of the issue. The quality of the product is fantastic. Fibo panels are lovely. However, the delivery company they use clearly lacks care for their customer's products. The packaging was damaged on arrival to my home. The corners and some aspects of the length of the packaging were damaged. The delivery company, had clearly allowed the items to be heavily impacted and damaged. The level of care taken by the courier was clearly lacking. The majority of the panels, were damaged. The corners were dented and the tongue and grove on some panels were damaged. Thankfully, our Plumber was skillful enough to select and trim the panals to fit and hide the damage behind the bathroom units. Otherwise the complete order would have needed to be returned, causing delay. The product itself is of high quality and we have no regrets purchasing Fibo panals from Wet Wall Works. Two things need to improve, the packaging and you need to change your courier.

Waste of time. Requested sample arrived promptly enough, but as too small to assess true colours or design. A waste of time and postage costs! By way of validation, samples from the same product range from another supplier were 5x the size.......

The shower boards arrived on time. They look great but we have only had them installed for a few days so can't comment further. Wet Wall Works' courier delivered the boards to the wrong house and left them outside, however when I called Wet Wall Works about this they were very helpful and understanding so I was impressed with their customer service.

Selling sub standard product that is not fit for purpose by way of selling these in the Sale. The boards show every part of the moulding on the back. Absolutely shocking quality and should not be sold full stop, let alone in the sale. As for the trim, again, shoddy at best. Silver foil peeling off - silver foil !!!

Only ordered 3 samples but took nearly a month to arrive . Only cost Me the postage but by the time arrived had purchased elsewhere so straight in the bin

In your position, I understand your frustration, especially after cutting a panel incorrectly, but we have more stock arriving shortly so you'll be able to carry on your project, but for now we couldn't fulfill. Ordering was straightforward through Rubber Duck. Even better, the item had a genuine discount on. Communication was very good from company and delivery person. I would definitely recommend this company.

I ordered 3 samples of wet wall, but it took a week before I phoned up enquiring about the delivery. I was told they hadn't been dispatched due to no supply of the samples - it would have been good if I was informed first from the website, and secondly from an employee. When I received my 3 samples, I actually only received 2. I was told I would receive a sample to show the cross section of the wet wall - this did not arrive. I've been informed from family members to get thicker wetwall over the corrugated stuff, and I was hoping to check for this with the sample but it never arrived. I have no idea if it ever will.
