“I ordered samples, they were very slow to come. Company couldn’t be contacted by email or phone. When the samples eventually arrived they were unusable.”

Hi Kit, Thank you for your review. I can see you ordered Fibo samples, which from the supplier are no bigger than a credit card, which unfortunately is standard. I've addressed this with all suppliers but due to costs, samples are really needed to get a feel for what the colour swatch looks like in your own environment. If we were to supply larger laminates or even samples with the ply backing, we would need to charge £15, and you can only imagine the lack of samples ordered. Please let me know what you mean by unusable so that I can be on your hymn sheet. If you would like "live" images, please let me know by emailing websales@wetwallworks.co.uk and we'll have these sent over. You can always contact us, as we have our phone number in a prominent position on our site (0300 3035553), WhatsApp, email, and various social links that are all monitored. We are Fibo's largest account in the UK and offer a 24 hour delivery service if this is needed. Hope my response clears things up. Kind Regards Rupert

“I requested samples a month ago with a 7-10 day delivery but didn’t receive them. I tried to phone and couldn’t get through, so I tried WhatsApp to which they said they would ship them that day. Still hadn’t received so I WhatsApp’d again and was ignored. I messaged 2 more times and was ignored again. Poor customer service for something as simple as a sample (that you also have to pay for).”

“Paid for samples did not receive after a week company blames Royal Mail and send me tracking number that is going nowhere refused to send me another sample. Would not use them wondering what would happen if I ordered the actual panels”

Thank you fore your review. We would never refuse to send out replacement samples as samples are key for people to see what the product looks like in their own environment. As you said, if we can't send out a simple sample, then how can we send out a panel? I agree with what you are saying, as samples can be a nightmare compared to panels, which we can send throughout the UK within 24 hours. “I found Wet Wall Works excellent in all respects. Of especial mention is the customer service team [Lee] who sorted out a number of problems with the courier service , that were not the fault of WETWALLWORKS. The customer service response from the company was rapid, polite and efficient. This was of considerable significance as my order was being sent to the Highlands of Scotland. I think you can purchase with confidence in the company.”

“Delivery was two days longer than booked due to your delivery service letting you down Two panels had damage on the ends not down to the courier as outside of packaging was not damaged inside box had damage ‘ we did manage to cut this off”

Hi Tracey, Thank you for your review. We try our hardest to get our stock levels correct, but when multiple construction companies purchase in the same week, stock can take a hit. but we notified you about this. A refund for the delivery service was processed, but we would never send out damaged goods! What is likely to have happened is that during transit, an impact occurred, causing this. Please in future if this occurs, email through the images and we can resolve. Thank you Rupert

“Ordered samples, paid for postage and received nothing. Order was showing as not dispatched. Contacted them to ask why and had no response. Shocking customer service! I may have ordered from here for my 2 full bathrooms but definitely not now ☹️”

“Very pleased with the items purchased but not so impressed with having to wait in for two days for delivery. Customer service was excellent but they seem to have little influence on how the carrier operates. I had to cancel my bathroom fitter because the main part of my order arrived too late.”

“I need to source a a shower panel at short notice after our plumber cut a panel wrong. Nowhere localy had the panel in stock but Wet Wall Works had lots in stock and arranged for a replacement to be sent the next day. Very helpful and efficient.”

You haven't received the wrong panels, as you bought 4 x white sparkle and 4 x Hexagonal, which is what your images show. If, by mistake, you meant to buy 8 of one colour, that's not a problem.
