“Wet Wall Works were fantastic, I was looking for this panel everywhere and no one was able to deliver it within two weeks and also the delivery charge was too much. They delivered it in three days and delivery charge was so less”

“ordered 3 samples. hadnt received them after 5 days to tried to contact via email and whatsapp. no response so phoned them on a saturday and was put through to someone who said they coudnt help me and that I would have to call back on monday. finally recieved the samples 10 days later once work had started in my house. wouldnt dream of using this company after such poor customer service , They never did answer my email or whatsapp query.”

Hi Claire, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We don't have WhatsApp, nor can I find any email from you when I pop in your email address to search. The branch were right in asking you to call the web team directly, as they wouldn't know the web department depending on their locations. I can see that the samples were received within the 7 working days, but please, if you have the email in your sent folder, forward it to websales@wetwallworks.co.uk so I can investigate. “Ordered samples, paid for samples, nothing arrived in time to order (after being promised twice that it would), called again, still got samples wrong and too late. Found a reliable vendor instead, cheaper too.”

Hi Natalie, I dealt with you personally over the phone. I shouldn't take things personally, but I need to clear things up with what you have written, as I made sure things were spot on. Your first sample order arrived at your Welsh address 5 days after you placed it, but you weren't there, as you'd popped to your London address which isn't our fault. You then spoke with me; I manually processed more samples, which left Greenock on the 5th and arrived in Twickenham on the 6th. The samples weren't wrong, as you asked for a colour swatch of the Orion Stone, Alpine White and Matt White, which I handpicked and packed. It was also received within 24 hours. When you read this, can you please explain where things had gone wrong, as what you have written is incorrect? Kind regards, Rupert

Hi Ewan, Thank you for your review, though you should have seen per your emails that we did dispatch the samples 48 hours after purchase on a 24-hour service with Royal Mail. As the weekend sat between, you should have received your samples by Monday the 4th, which was four working days, not a week, as you placed your order after 12pm midday. You have up until the 7th to receive your sample, keeping to our terms, but if you don't receive your samples after this point, please contact us. I have checked emails and call records to see if you had contacted us yesterday prior to writing a review; in most circumstances, people would, especially when they have received notifications concerning their order. In future, please contact us by the usual forms (phone or email) as we can investigate issues, ease the situation, send more samples, and explain what's happened. It would seem you have purchased elsewhere, so there is no point in me offering to send out new samples, plus we are also within the stated time of delivery. Leaving a review like yours is completely unfair and misleading, and I would appreciate it if you review what you have written. Many thanks, Rupert

“We have only just received the items this afternoon. I had to email for a date of delivery.An email regarding delivery date and time would have been appreciated . No notification of delivery was sent to me until I emailed Wet Wall Works only then to be told they would arrive this afternoon so we had to come home early to make sure we were in.”

“We ordered some wall panels and were amazed that could be were delivered the following day. The panels, Fibo wall panels arrived well protected early the following day. Having unpacked these they look even better than we expected, they are very classy and will look amazing when installed.”

“Ordered here as we had an order with a well known big company selling panels that didn’t deliver and wouldn’t answer phones! Set up an account online on a Saturday, account was ready Monday morning, ordered Monday morning turned up Tuesday, brilliant service and will definitely use again! Product is decent too”
