I don't usually leave TrustPilot reviews, but I gotta admit, this was some pretty outstanding customer service. Big up Wellworking, they've gone above and beyond the usual standard and reached a higher plain. Praise be to Wellworking and to my new chair. Not sarcastic at all. I would buy furniture from you every day if I needed to.

Delivery was excellent at this difficult time with the Covid 19 lockdown. They said it would take 2-3 days and then arragned a 1 hour window to deliver, turning up on time and delivering an excellent chair!

The service I received from Wellworking was truly first class and especially in the current environment. The new norm is for orders to not be honoured or deliveries delayed with no communication. Not only was my order acknowledged rapidly and delivered on time, the communication throughout the process was spot on and topped off by an incredibly communicative, courteous and thoughtful delivery .... super impressed

Good communication throughout the purchasing process. Still managed to get the chair to me despite the current conditions. Delivery chap (Phil) was friendly and helpful even if he did have to keep his distance.

The delivery was quick but someone was supposed to contact me to tell me how to set up the chair, but I haven't been contacted yet (after 1 week). I understand the situation right now is complex and proper assessments can not be done face to face, but the call should be done as agreed, given that the product can be returned within 14 days.
