Came as promised and exactly as I thought it would be. Very good lumber support as well as arm rests, tilt and seat height adjustment. Cant comment on long term views as I have had it one day. Why they ask for a review so soon after purchase is stupid and beyond me.

Ordered an ex display Herman Miller Aaron chair as looked good value compared to the full retail price. Description mentioned that there were some small signs of use, but otherwise good condition. Have to say I’m really pleased with it. Service from Wellworking was first rate, and as far as I can tell the chair is as good as new, so great value. The chair itself isn’t particularly cheap (even at the discounted price) but given we are spending so much more time working from home and sat at our desks for long parts of the day, I felt this is a worthwhile investment.

Ordered a HM Sayl chair for home working over the weekend (Sunday) expecting 3–5 working day delivery. Received email confirmation on the Monday with a 1-hour delivery slot for the next day. Chair arrived on time (13.55 on Tuesday) and in perfect condition, packaging removed by the driver as promised. Also seemed to be the best price I could find online for the same product, including from the HM website spring sale. Excellent service; would use again! Note — I’m also very happy with the chair so far but the above is intended as a review of wellworking not of the chair

Love our new clock for our new home office. Brilliant service all round. Managed our expectations when we ordered, to say it would be 5 weeks to arrive. Received a phone call when ready to be delivered. And then personally delivered exactly on time, within the quoted 1 hour window. Other companies should take note of what fantastic customer service looks like. Highly recommend Wellworking.
