Brilliant from order to delivery. My Herman Miller chair arrived within 2 working days, all packaging was removed and taken away by the delivery driver. Great communication for order, payment and delivery confirmation. Driver was running 30 minutes late and called in advance to apologise. Great service.

I initially phoned for advice and they were very knowledgable and helpful. The order was in stock and was delivered the next day. Very good service, I would certainly recommend using Wellworking.

Fantastic service. Ordered Sunday night and by first thing Tuesday morning my lovely new chair was with me, assembled and demoed by the excellent deliveryman. Couldn't be happier.

Wow, just such excellent service! The chair I ordered came in 2 days, with great communication throughout. Unfortunately I just couldn’t get on with my choice (no fault of the chairs) and so they offered a full refund a week later. I decided on another model and again delivered in 2 days with great communication and they took the first one away. Frankly I can’t fault them for the helpful service despite my own change of mind. The second one is great.

Excellent chair at a great price and delivered in a couple of days. I ordered my Herman Miller chair on Wednesday afternoon and it arrived on Friday morning. I was given a 1 hour time slot for the delivery and so I didn’t have to wait around. Would highly recommend!
