Nice Company to deal with. Efficient. Wished they could’ve reduce the 8 week delivery wait for my new office chair and also help me set the chair up when it was delivered. However, I guess the delay is down to the manufacturer and higher demand for chairs at home, plus the lack of ability to help you set it up properly is all down to COVID. The booklet alone is not super clear. Some sort of phone call the day after delivery would increase my rating to 5 stars. It was a very expensive chair!

Third chair from Wellworking over the last couple of decades. Previous 2 chairs still in use, but taken by my kids, due to homeschooling! So I have treated myself to a new Mirra 2 in a custom colour. Wellworking service excellent and delivery brilliant with doorstep course on setting up the chair.

Cannot fault the experience. Called up to get help selecting the right chair then ordered online. Received an email with a one-hour delivery slot and the chair was delivered the next day. It was already assembled and the delivery guy dropped it just inside the front door. Great customer service.

Forthright and helpful customer service (no jazz hands, no costly bolt-ons). Swift delivery time; received within a couple of days of purchasing online with timely, well worded updates along the way. No fuss with packaging or wrapping. All that was taken away at the door. Good stuff.

Great competitive prices that BEAT the competition. Followed up with clear communications every step of the way.
