Wellworking provided excellent all-round service in respect of our chair purchase. Before putting in an order we had questions about the correct chair for us as well as colours etc advice provided on the phone was quick clear and accurate, it was delivered confidently by friendly staff. Once ordered the chair arrived within 3 days. The delivery driver could not have been more professional nor a better advert for the company. A good effort by all.

I ordered a herman miller lino desk chair from well working, was recommended by a family member and didn't disappoint. Managed to get a great price and the chair arrived on time as was quoted, thank you Gemma from well working. I would highly reccomend

I recently purchased the Humanscale Float table from Wellworking and I have been very happy with both the product and also with the service provided by Wellworking. They kept me up to date during the process and provided quick and good responses to the questions I have. The product arrived in excellent condition, and when I had more detailed questions on assembly they quickly referred me to a contact within the manufacturer to ensure my question is answered.

I had been replacing chairs quite frequently because I am in the chair many hours of the day. I heard the Herman Miller chairs lasted much longer. So I visited Wellworking to view the Aeron and Mirra's chair. They were helpful and I was able to pick the features of the Mirra chair I decided on. The chair arrived approximately in the estimated time I was told. I am pleased with the chair so far. The chair comes with a 12 year warranty so they are worth the money in my opinion if you divide the cost over 12 years.

I needed a Hag chair like the one I use at work as quick as possible! I have been off work for 4 months with another fractured vertebra. WellWorking are very professional in every department and delivered my chair in 3 days, delivered by a member of the WellWorking team, the chair fully assembled! If you want to wait 5 weeks for a different colour and pay a few hundred pounds more it may not be for you. Very impressed!!

Great product - very comfortable. Helpful manual and training videos. Wellworking service was outstanding. There was clear communications throughout and a charming and effective delivery driver. From my experience they deserve their Trustpilot rating. Highly recommended.

I had excellent speedy service. I was genuinely very impressed with their customer service and how fast I got my chair. I'm just sorry I didn't use them 8 weeks ago when I initially used a competitor who took 6 weeks to get me my chair and for it to arrive broken and be told it would take another 2 weeks to get a replacement. It took 3 days from ordering to get the same chair hand delivered by the very man that advised he would be the one that would fix the chair if anything happened to it over the next 12 years!!! No separate courier...an actual employee of the company hand delivered it. Top class customer service!!! Can't recommend enough

Excellent service from start to finish. Was emailed very promptly after ordering as to when they would plan delivery. Received an updated email closer to the delivery date letting us know a time slot. On the day the weather was miserable so we expected some delays but the driver called us up to update us on this. Very happy with the chair. Would definitely recommend wellworking!
