“The checkout experience was easy and delivery was very fast and efficient. Tracking was very accurate. Photos were misleading for mayday strap. It looked to be that it would be a black strap with red stitching. It's more navy blue. I assume the white stitching is a true black. If I were to do it again, I would go with a true black strap.”

“The entire purchase, payment and shipping process was very smooth and problem free. The only problem is they don't ship to every country. I unserstand the drive towards dpp shipping but it would be great if duty unpaid shipping options were available to the rest of the world.”

“Good experience - had no need to speak to anyone so cannot comment on that aspect - shipping was a bit slow but as I was in no rush this did not matter. Presentation was excellent, the watch strap arrived beautifully protected from any damage in a plastic sleeve. Would have given five stars if pins had been supplied so I could actually fit the strap. Happily I was able to re-use my original strap pins. I note that some other strap retailers supply pins gratis.”

“In a word, dealing with WG is easy. Which I think matters. You order a Mystery Box of straps, and that is what you get - quickly and fuss-free. In fact, the only minor kink was the absence of spring bars with some of the straps in the selection. And while I was told this was normal, Tash offered to send me some spring bars as a goodwill gesture. A nice touch from a business that seems to offer many such touches.”

“Generally please with the products. The strap are all to long in my opinion despite my 7.5 inch wrist I am always in the first two holes wether it’s the natos or vegan leather straps. The shipping is very expensive. With that said it always ships very fast. But a lower cost shipping option would be appreciated, especially because it’s often a reason for me not the buy a strap. More color options for the nato would be great! The vegan selection is growing which I love but I have to say that the vegan leather straps aren’t 100% right but is getting there.”

“I had cause to contact customer services as I was having difficulty, when shortening the bracelet, screwing the pins back in. Several would not return fully into the link they came from. After a couple of emails to CS, which were answered promptly, I managed to make the bracelet fit with fully screwed in pins. I still have two links left where the pins will not screw in fully. Packaging and delivery very good.”

“Ordering was simple , shipping was swift . Only thing I queried was the 10% discount pop up that came as I ordered , sent a question to csc and got an automated reply, questioned it , and got a long winded reply that didn't really answer my simple question of had I missed out / could I of used it on the watch . Try using plan English !”
