“So far, im very happy with the nato and brown leather strap. It had me so impressed i went to buy an even more premium leather to see how much better it could be than the one on my wrist. The black rubber/leather strap is on my speedtimer and doesnt get as much wrist time but i have only had the straps for all of two weeks now.”

“The item It’s good quality and looks nice. The only problem for me is the size, if It have one more hole it will be just right for me-16.5cm wrist. Otherwise all good, no problem with return.”

“Overall, I would describe the experience as good. However, I will say that the presentation is a bit gimmicky and does not match how I personally view the watch space. I mean, stickers? I see such things more linked to the automotive sector. Of course, this is my personal view on this.”

“Hello, I recently put two orders through WatchGecko. One was for two metal straps, a Hylton and a Flat Links version of Berwycks, as well as a Octopod buckle and strap. I was happy to see that WatchGecko sent some 20mm spring bars in the order. The straps were all highly satisfactory - good quality, and a reasonable price. That is why I order from WatchGecko. I was sufficiently happy with the Hylton strap that I ordered two more for other watches that I own. That order arrived without spring bars. When I contacted Customer Service to inquire about it I was informed that spring bars aren't sent with orders for straps anymore. I replied that I had just a month earlier received spring bars with my order. I was then informed that whoever included spring bars in my order should not have done it - but they must have done it out of goodwill. Here is the verbatim reply I received: "I am sorry if there has been any confusion here. I have checked your previous order and as the value was a lot higher one of the packing team will have added the spring bars as a gesture of goodwill. I have asked the team to no longer do this as it has caused confusion." It seems to me unusual to instruct the packing team to not do things out of goodwill. Here was my reply to that missive: "I would have thought that a returning customer, who has ordered from Watchgecko multiple times would be worthy of continued gestures of goodwill. My mistake. Watchgecko has competitors - I will give them due consideration in the future." I stand by that comment. WatchGecko has great products, and if you look at my ordering history, I think you would probably find I am one of your better customers. I have a large watch collection, and I enjoy changing the look of the watches from time to time. But, now I understand that perhaps my custom does not carry as high a value with WatchGecko as perhaps it should. Message received. Up until this point I would have given WatchGecko a 5-star overall review.”

“Nice band! It props the watch up to a point that is not to my liking. The leather is very nice but, it's not what I'm looking for. As for the shipping, it's a little time consuming being it's coming across an ocean. I went back to my rubber band. This band was an option for my Rolex explorer 2 that I own. It's 25 yrs old and is one of all time favorites. Thankyou, I'll keep looking. Steve”
