Asked vets opinion on my dog's condition who we suspected a stroke was occurring. Response was good within 20 mins but content was awful. She was a passenger in a car her child while trying to talk to me. Child was active in the back seat and across her shoulder. Not sure she had even looked closely enough at the video I sent to comment accurately. She hung up abruptly in mid sentence when child started talking to her. Pretty useless service. Wont be using VidiVet again. Added Comment: VidiVet have adsued me they have now changed their policy so vets cant respond while in a car. Good response to my experience and hope this improves the service for others.
