“Vidivet have been fantastic - as a new dog parent I often have small worries and queries that don't warrant calling up my vet. The team at vidivet are always on hand to help, are super friendly, and answer my messages. I was actually really surprised at just how fast they respond - a lot of the time it's within 5-10 minutes, even at 7am. It's also really great to feel there's no judgement for my questions even when they're really minor! So thank you Vidivet, you make an anxious dog dad a lot calmer, and a puppy much happier!! :))”

“In short, brilliant! My wife and I bought our first puppy a few weeks ago and he developed a bump above his eye. A short message and a quick video was all it took to put our minds at rest, this at 9:45pm! Would definitely recommend *****”

“Really superb. It's easy to book and convenient not having to ring up, book and drag a sick pet to a vet for a consult. You get a reminder and it's simple to get on line. The service blew us away! It was friendly, compassionate, informative and impartial. In other words it was everything you want for your pets from a veterinary service. Absolutely brilliant and we have already recommended it. Will definitely use Ben and his team again. Can't say fairer than that!”

“A invaluable service for pet lovers. I’m been very impressed with Vidivet. I’ve used them at least 3 times in the first couple of months of getting my new puppy sometimes for a serious issue like vomiting and other times for queries on feeding and treats and each time Ben has replied extremely quickly and his advice has been spot on. Being able to check on your pet so quickly without having to make an appointment is amazing,I couldn’t live without it now. The app is great and extremely user friendly. Thank you.”

“This is such a reassuring app, especially as pets always seem to frighten you at the time your vet surgery switches over to the excruciatingly expensive out of hours service. I've had to contact the vidivet team a few times now and they have always responded really quickly by video or text message. It's useful to be able to send videos of my pet or photos so the vidivet team can cast a professional eye on the problem rather than just depend on my (usually panicked) explanation and they have always put my mind at rest.”

“Outstanding service everytime! To Vidivet there is no such thing as a silly question and answers are often delivered almost instantaneously. Always available for help and support. We often check-in for peace of mind but Vidivet have no hesitation in referring us to the vet if they think a visit is necessary. Highly recommended!”

“When i brought my new puppy home i was a bundle of nerves. I contacted Vidivet about 3 times in the first week for different concerns i had.
