“Great site, all the info you could need. Initial comms via email were good but despite claims delivery could be tracked and email despatch notices would be sent neither happened.. Not major but when you've shelled out a few quid online it's reassuring to be kept informed.. Other than that they're great. MY ERROR IT WAS IN MY JUNK BOX.. Very prompt response from Vesternet to qualify ..I apologise profusely!! I'll be back for more kit soon!”

“I have been using Vesternet for the last few years for a number of ZWave based products. They are by far the best UK based store for ZWave products with most products covered and 95% of the time have stock on the shelves ready to ship unlike other stores. The 2 occasions that an item was out of stock they informed me of the arrival date and I got them the next day. I recently spent £3.5k with them on a project and they were able to discount components on bulk purchase. Mark gave me some great technical advice so overall I'm very pleased with there service and support.”

“Never used z wave before. I used other home automation services but coming to vesternet, a message pops up asking for a chat. I was given a quick lecture about z wave and I tried two devices after buying a controller. I ran into problem. I sent an email, the guys got back to me asap. They were very professional. I followed all steps and I was up and running. I was given professional advice in the most gentle way I had never envisaged. Since then, I have always purchased my devices from them. The after sales service is very good. I will always advice my friends to go there. I will always check vesternet for new z waves product. Looking at the vesternet, it seems they have created a college or a university where you can freely learn about z waves (which is the area of my interest) and you can be rest assured that what you bought is genuine and has a lasting warranty.”

“Hi, You are doing a great job promoting these amazing devices however for a begining there is a lot of dissapoints until zwave technology is understand. Documentation is good for some devices but not so good for others. Battery operated devices are the one that rise most of the problems due to poor comunications. These devices needs to be more documented. Maybe a "FAQ section" will be usefull. Best Regards!”

“The Vera was set up really quickly, but I had lots of issues getting the devices operating properly. Fortunately the after sales help was superb, and the issues were soon sorted. It is not a system to just plug in and forget - I've spent days trawling through the Forum to find out the intricacies of programming the Vera to get the best out of it. There is no shortage of info, and the learning curve has been steep, but its very satisfying when the Sonos sound system announces the temperature has reached a certain point! There's still a long way to go, but I'm getting there slowly...”
