“I ordered a small order to overseas and got immediate and on the spot service from the sales team I contacted upfront. The response came within 24 hours and even changing my mind several times didn't changed their fast response and friendly answer. Even after contacting the sales after some months of rethinking they've been able to recall "my case" and answer immediately. I'm totally surprised about this service as this is more than uncommon these days and a relieve to have found such shop. I'll order again and more. The products are well described on the web page therefore no need to mention the goods. The quality is as described and industrial standard. The price is lower than to the competition therefore this is the shop of my choice. Thank you Vesternet. Well done!”

“I have no knowledge of electronics, so when my husband told me what he wanted, I was none the wiser! But it was so easy to order that even I could do it. Plus delivery was very quick. And I got a free book as well. Pity I`d already bought it on Amazon for £12, but I sent it back to Amazon no problem. So thank you Vesternet for a great service.”

“A recent convert to Z-Wave from X-10 I ordered my initial kit from Vesternet mainly as they had good explanatory segments on their website. Ordered a USB stick, 2 Fibaro dimmers and an Aeon Minimote. Still waiting on the USB stick 4 weeks later. Still I proceed to get a Home Center 2 and a range of other components. Most components were listed as out of stock at the time of my order. Into week 2 and I am still waiting on the PIR. Finally I was disappointed that the Philo 4 in 1, as supplied, had a flat battery, at least that is what the device is indicating (the lithium batteries are not cheap)”

“Vesternet is a great online store. However, I had to complete my purchase through email because, although Vesternet advertises that they ship Globally, my delivery country did not show in the payment and checkout form. Also shipping price could not be calculated. If Vesternet updates this and put more shipping options, it will beat many online shopping sites.”

“I've been using Vesternet for a number of years now as my primary supplier for Z-Wave equipment and have seen them grow their product range substantially during that time! Of course, offering more stuff for sale is great, but only if you can cope in terms of customer service and support. I'm happy to say that Vesternet go out of their way to ensure that the "customer is king" through their forum, knowledge base, support ticket system and live chat facility. Nowadays I rarely shop anywhere else for Home Automation equipment!”

“Having pondered options for home automation for some time I picked the phone up to Vesternet and spoke with Mark Onions. I'm sure he's heard it a thousand times but he really knows his onions! Mark took the time to explain the options, discuss my project and advise the best way to start. I had issues with a Fibaro dimmer module (the magic black smoke escaped!). Quick exchange of emails and then a phone call to Mark and it is replaced FOC!. I work as a service manager in IT, so I know a thing or two about customer service. These guys get it completely, I've already ordered more than double the first order and there's more to come. Even though I could probably find the odd thing cheaper (which to be honest I think they'd match anyway!) I won't even bother looking elsewhere. Like most people I don't have much free time so I can ill afford to be squabbling with companies over refunds and issues encountered. Customer for life chaps, well done.”

“I needed a way to talk to my home automation system and rung these people to ask a few questions. All were answered professionally and to my satisfaction. I promptly ordered the item and within the stated time, it was delivered. The item was tested and found to be 100% compatible as I was told and worked perfectly. “As an international customer, payment is always an issue. Mark Onions from Sales and Marketing was very patient and helpful with my credit card issue due to my banks fault. I had to get Mark to send my order about 4 times and he did it without complaint. Sadly due to the issue, the parts I order was not fully in stock by the time the payment was made but Vesternet apologised and sent what they could and refunded me the balance. Pricing for the shipping by DHL was very good and I look forward to doing more order with them in the future.”

“Cannot say enough good things about Vesternet they are helpful and believe me you will need help setting up some devices on Zwave as the options are endless nothing is a problem to them if they can help by god they will prices seem to be par to other companies but if there is support with the products thats worth its wait in gold special thanks to Mark”

“I put in an order to Vesternet, and then had an email from them saying they were now stocking a better solution (for me). I phoned them, and they were more than happy to stop the original order, and substitute the ones I wanted, after confirming that the new order would really do what I wanted it to. The goods arrived quickly and were as described. I found them very communicative throughout the process. Highly recommended.”
