“My experience with Vesternet has been excellent and I'd recommend them to anyone whether they are experienced or just starting out with home automation. It's a minefield out there but Vesternet offer excellent guides,advice, and go the extra mile beyond any company I've dealt with in the past.”

“It takes alot to please me when it comes to customer service, especially given that is part of my line of work, but Vesternet are right up at the top of this pile. Excellent response time and thorough investigation of incidents or queries. Its a pleasure dealing with these guys and I will definitely be buying from them again, especially considering the great range of products they stock”

“I have used Vesternet on multiple occasions, and each time it has been a pleasure to deal with everyone there. Ordering and payment is painless and the delivery is very quick. Yes a couple of tiny issues which were out of their control have arisen, (faulty product replaced quickly under warranty), but each time they have been dealt with the issue professionally and very quickly. It is a service like this which will keep me coming back time and time again. I wish all the companies I have to deal with were as good as the team at Vesternet. I can't recommend Vesternet highly enough, and if you need any advice with products do call them, it would be a mistake if you didn't.”

“The support and after sales service has been exceptional, I had problems installing my home automation centre along with the numerous peripherals but have received swift technical support within 4 hours of my queries (even on a sunday afternoon). I have replaced items when I ordered incorrectly (3 -4 months after purchase) and also had a faulty item replaced. Vesternet set the benchmark for how online shopping should be.”

“I recently purchased some Fibaro modules and Z-Wave controllers from Vesternet. The items were shipped with a small delay (I was aware of the delay, they said from the beginning that the items aren't in stock), but after they were shipped I got them in less than 24 hours in Romania, via DHL. The items were cheaper than in local shops; some of them were part of the "Vesternet Mondays", so that compensated for the shipping costs; overall, I still got them cheaper than locally. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and I would recommend them to anyone! The only complaint I have is that my country (Romania) isn't in the shipping list, so I had to do some additional steps to order (I sent the list of items via email, got a quote, paid the money) and it was slower than just ordering online, but it wasn't that bad and unfortunately I can understand the reasons behind this.”

“Vesternet (Mainly Mark Onions) has helped me EVERY step of the way with their excellent knowledge on all things home Automation. They have been interested in my build and have given me guidance as and when i've needed it, no questions asked. I no longer go anywhere else for HA kit. My house is now Automated with: 64 Zone Alarm System, fully integrated with: Z-Wave System Door Locks Lighting System Heating System Great Job!”

“...but poor in telling that there's only been a partial shipment of what you ordered. The online order status doesn't always reflect the actual situation - some orders completed ages ago also shown as not complete. But hats a fairly small niggle. Good service, good delivery, good returns service when required.”

“Extremely friendly, easy to get hold of (live chat a real bonus), helpful and rock star service level! Ordered at 1pm and got it next day! Ideally would be nice if more items were in stock at the time of ordering and would ideally like a slightly wider selection of items available in the z-wave category. But this will come with time as demand grows and the company expand. So just one star knocked off for this. Otherwise it's a perfect score for customer service... Highly recommend.”

“I buy all my home automation products from Vesternet. I tried a couple of other 'specialists' in the early days and the experience wasn't good. The Vesternet website is a great source of information and the customer service is always fast, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.”
