“A small extension and the oportunity to run CAT 6 cable round the house does give you ideas on what you might be able to do. Making my home smart? “I bought two Z-wave sockets, one worked, one didn't. I used Vesternet's RMA process to return the faulty one, expecting it to be similar or better than Amazon's process. The process was very impersonal, expecting you to send back the faulty device at your cost & risk, with it being replaced only after they had accepted it. Had the device replaced, but no offer to refund the postage to return the faulty device, and no apology or remorse about supplying faulty goods. Not what I was expecting when the CEO boasts about deciding to "focus 100% on customer service & user experience". Won't be using again.”

“I love these guys, you can tell they actually care about their customers! Just the small things like sending the data sheets with the order confirmation so you can have a read before you get the goods make a huge difference. I have placed about 5 orders now for bits and bobs and the products are top quality and the prices decent. I will only buy my zwave gear from Vesternet now, I have no reason to go elsewhere. One tiny gripe, if you are going to do a split delivery it would be nice of you let me know when the second part is coming so I can be in for the courier. Apart from that spot on...”

“I use vesternet whenever possible, as with the various devices I order, zwave devices vary wildy in their implementation, and have their own quirks. I get a very rapid response, and RMAs are handled very quickly, and without any frustration from jumping through hoops. All this is handled through their own portal, can't recommend them enough.”

“Received the items exactly as ordered. If I was being picky it might have been nice to get email updates in advance of the actual shipping date (and associated email confirmation), but not sure anyone provides that sort of countdown. Would recommend them and definitely use again, a positive experience.”

“I've been using Vesternet for a number of years now to purchase the vast majority of my home automation hardware, They're great. Fantastic prices (especially during their Vesternet Mondays) Quick delivery, But most importantly a support service that is second to none, If i ever need any assistance or advice about anything they are on hand to help, And the amount of info & guides on their website is amazing. “I have made a number of purchases from Vesternet, starting with a Z-Wave controller and added a number of other sensors in a sort period of time. I have found both their sales and support team very helpful and responsive and their satisfaction promise very convenient especially as I didn't know much at first, tried a Z-Wave controller and then returned it to get another make and model as I learned more about the system. I totally recommend them!”
