“Having bought a Z-Wave TKB On/Off socket and a USB Z-Wave Controller from Vesternet, I can confirm that this website offered the products at the best rate available. Furthermore, upon asking some *very* technical questions regarding advanced device configuration, I was pleasantly surprised at just how thorough the technical response was. Accurate, fast and in depth. The team at Vesternet appear genuinely enthusiastic about their products and have more than met all my expectations from such a supplier. Could not recommend this company strongly enough!! Buy something from them immediately. Anything. You won't be disappointed.”

“I bought a small starter system of a router and 3 light switches to trial in my house. Once installed and run for a month I was more than happy to purchase more. I placed an order for the remaining light switches apart from a triple as they had none in stock and paid for 3 day delivery. The items didn't come and after 10 days I emailed to find out what was going on. My email was answered by Michelle I believe who said she would look into it. I asked if I could be refunded my delivery charge as I thought this was reasonable. However Michelle emailed back and said that she would refund the whole order. I was so shocked to hear this that I actually emailed get back to make sure he wasn't mistaken. But low and behold 2 days later all the light switches turned up and a day after a full refund for everything I spent. Would I use them again most definitely. They could teach other companies a thing or two about customer service. One small gripe and I mean very small is they have no telephone number to contact them which I like to do when things go wrong, but the speed they answered my emails more than made up for this. “Made a large z-wave purchase (30+ units) and a few of the units were a bit flaky after installation. The Versternet helpdesk has been very helpful trying to resolve my problems with swift answers. The prices (compared to Swedish) is very good. RMA process works great even for international customers (free returns).”

“I but z-wave equipment for several property's I own around the world. The Vera system with the range of z-wave modules enables me to control lighting, heating, pool pumps, AC units, etc. with absolute ease. Vesternet do an excellent job at supplying me with the parts I need in fast time and with minimum fuss. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“I've ordered the Vera2 gateway. I didn't do any research which I should have done. My Vera2 was shipped with UI5 and not UI4. The UI5 upgrade went wrong (just search in google for Vera2 and UI5) on your side and the Vera2 was pretty much useless as the Z-Wave controller didn't start. I had to wait 7 days and had to send two mails to micasaverde support before I could actually use the product. However, the MCV support was very helpful and managed to fix it while I was at work. I am happy with the product and I could have returned the unit to you guys as Out of Box failure. It all looks pretty simple but as you get deeper into Z-Wave it's not that simple anymore . . once setup it works really well and I will but more Z-Wave compoments in the near future. EIB would be brilliant but it requieres cable, etc. Thanks”
