“My only suggestion is that the final add on delivery charge was a bit sneaky. I could find no way of finding out about delivery charges on the web site and therefore assumed that spending over £300 would qualify for free delivery. But suddenly at the very end I was hit with a delivery charge without any advanced warning. Granted at between £3-£4 this wasn't too important but I do think it's a bit sneaky not to make the delivery charges visible much earlier.”

“Shopping on vesternet was a good experience. Finding exactly what I wanted quickly by reading the easy to find specification. Once I had made a choice I was able to download any related software or manuals directly from the same webpage, so no need to go trawling around looking for it. Great job, I waill certainly be using Vesternet again.”

“This is my 3rd order from Vesternet and the 3rd to be labelled as "In stock, ships today" for hours after ordering only to be told that it is actually out of stock. When the items came back into stock, I had to email customer services to get my order sent. Edit: I was contacted by Vesternet to see what had gone wrong and if there was anything they could do. I was offered a discount off a further order which was despatched and delivered quickly. All my previous orders had been from Summer sales which may be the reason they were delayed. Customer services are helpful and responsive.”
