“Products are fine when they finally arrive but no updates to indicate delivery issues means the customer experience is not good. If quoted delivery times on the order are not going to be met then an email to let the customer know when delivery can be expected would help reassure customers that it is still being progressed.”

“Well I can't fault this company.i have been using them for a wile now and have never had a bad experience. All there products are well priced, delivery is better than most. Turnaround is quick. Customer service is excellent A*. Would I recommend? Yes”

“Support is great delivery quick - better to wait for vesternet mondays - often get a reduced price HA kit is often expensive but the only item that stopped working was replaced and return shippling paid”

“I am always impressed when someone goes above and beyond what one has come to expect nowadays as passing for customer service. Firstly Vesternet were quite happy to accept some lamps I had bought from them back as returns. I just could not get them to work properly. Then one of their staff, Mark, spent some time sorting out what needed to buy which unfortunately the manufacturer did not supply as a kit. So he assembled a kit for me and gave me a discount as well. All of this was conducted via email in a very professional manner with constant updates (one item was out of stock). I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone needing smart lighting and/or home automation products.”

“I had been looking at home automation over the initial course of 2016 and came across Vesternet fairly early on. After I had decide on the main controller I wanted to use I started to ask them for advice and guidance on what works and what doesn't. After some time deliberating what to get I have ordered several components from Vesternet. So far no issues, they are very competitively priced and by far the best part is the help they can provide. I have not had to return anything as yet as I am still unpacking and testing the components hopefully if I need to it should be straightforward and seamless. I am ordering more equipment from Vesternet as I write this as I trust they will deliver. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.”

“I have been amazed with the pre-sales support Vesternet have given me. I have bought a VeraPlus, TDK mains socket and Fibaro Dimmer 2 to experiment with. Once I am happy I will ordering a bucket load of Z-Wave bits from Vesternet, especially as I am confident that any questions I have they will get answered for me. They have also been competitive on price which always helps too.”

“I made a last minute purchase of a Fibaro senser on a Friday afternoon and chose next day delivery. This was a few minutes after purchasing an alternative Smarrthings senser from Currys (also next day delivery). I was very impressed when my purchase confirmation email arrived with the manual for the item I ordered in pdf format attached, very professional. I was kept up to date with the status of my order throughout and it arrived by Royal Mail the next morning. My Currys order? Despite charging more for next day delivery it was delayed and didn't arrive until the Sunday. Vesternet have my trust and my future orders.”
