“Bought from Vesternet many times over 3 years, great support. I sadly had an item fail within warranty (not Vesternet's fault) and the return procedure was seamless and within a few days I had a working replacement. If you want a reliable shop that offers you advice if you need it look no further. I highly recommend them!”

“Ordering fairly simple, Prices Fair. Bought from them before, suspect I will do again! 4 stars because a little friction on the checkout (cut and paste the credit card number caused the checkout to think it was a different card type) Really like the way that the instructions for the products bought are linked in the order confirmation/acknowlegement.”

“Vesternet have always been my go-to supplier of choice for all my home automation needs. They have a huge range of products (Z-wave, in my particular case) and are always competitive on price. For the rare time that I have needed to contact customer support for a return, I have found the whole process to be completely painless and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vesternet. If I had to say something negative about them, it would be the relatively high price for shipping - especially when the object being shipped virtually weighs nothing. Why it can't just be put in second class regular post, I have no idea. Once upon a time they used to offer free shipping after, I think, a £50 spend. That seems to have disappeared now (or at the very least, shifted to a much higher amount). Shame.”
