“Apart from problems with trying to pay getting the site to accept my cards, I have always found vesternet to be great, a wealth of choice and good prices, the only thing that let then down was delivery charges, now I see that isn't a problem. I would highly recommend.”

“Scenemaster with 8 buttons interfaces with SmartThings. Looks good, came with very handy sticky labels for buttons. Perfect for changing lighting scenes, music amplifiers, Heating and switching everything off! Unfortunately labels are not reusable and one button stoped working and now needs a very hard press to work. This is the third z-wave switch I have tried and has proved to be the best in terms because of the number of different scene options the 8 buttons allow me to control.”

“I bought a z wave plug - not the most exciting toy but the purchase went smoothly and it arrived very quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately I had a few problems with the plug and so had to call on the technical support which was really good and gave a quick and very comprehensive service. Turned out to be a faulty device so I have now also used the returns service which was equally as good and easy to use. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will be using them again.”

“I needed to ask a few questions before purchase to confirm suitability. The site has a community sourced Q&A system for each product. My question was quickly answered by two people so I proceeded with the purchase. Goods arrived a few days later, well packed. Will return to the site for further purchases. I also left a review after purchase to confirm the suitability question to help other potential customers.”
