Once through to an agent to complete my renewal, all was straightforward and efficient. What a job getting to this point though. Initially responded to text messg with RENEW. Then there were emails and letters, some of which seemed out of sync with each other. I responded CALL to one text (am), but the call did not come that day. I called several twice; no indication of progress in queue and gave up after 30 mins. Got through at 3rd time of asking & it was straightforward.
