“Cheapest for me by far but hard to speak to someone. I renewed on line but they said they didn’t get the payment but it was taken from my bank, I had to pay again as my renewal was due.
I did receive a full refund but it was so difficult to speak to someone, they kept me waiting for ages then said they I’ll have to call later or tomorrow because they’re busy. This happened three days running.”
“Vavista staff have been helpful and are quite straightforward in their approach. I’ve had to make a few adjustments and it has been effortless and efficient.”

Vavista offered a good price, but it wasn't, a good expierence, took ages over the phone, from a broker to a broker, cost extra £20 on top for phone call, as I had problem online,, original price was good, but then came the extra fees, broker fee, direct debit fee, then interest, over £100 but will see how they are with my cover, HOWEVER they did still give a great price, compared to others, and did save me well over £300, so I would recommend them,”

I didn't like their customer service at all. They are like robots who just answer basic question and are interested in anything specific. Nothing at all.
If I find cheaper, I would move”
“Once through to an agent to complete my renewal, all was straightforward and efficient. What a job getting to this point though. Initially responded to text messg with RENEW. Then there were emails and letters, some of which seemed out of sync with each other. I responded CALL to one text (am), but the call did not come that day. I called several twice; no indication of progress in queue and gave up after 30 mins. Got through at 3rd time of asking & it was straightforward.”
“Received a great friendly customer service from Nesha once i got through. I called a total of 3 times and every time i called the minimum waiting time was 45 minutes which is ridiculous. It’s difficult to speak to a representative.”
“I had to leave vavista and come back as a new customer to save 8% on my policy. Customer service is really good. However, they are just like any other insurer out there in the market with a defacto rating of at least 3 stars. All prices have gone up including for the annual switchers.”
