“I made an order as it said online that parts were available. I received an email to say one of the parts was out of stock. I received part of my order quickly, but I am still waiting for the last part of my order.”

“Purchasing process was ok, but not slick.Not received the order as it has taken over a week to attempt delivery and neither van style or courier have notified me of what day the products are due to arrive”

“Good service from Vanstyle, with prices very competitive. Disappointed with the side bars for my Vito Van. They didn't fit despite being advertised for my make and model (Vito W477 LWB). As a result I had to drill the chassis of my van to allow the centre bracket to fit. Other items bought all OK.”

“I ordered a set of wheels that I liked and were at a good price. They never came due to supply problems. Having said that, the staff were quick to respond and were professional in their manner. It would have been nice to be offered an alternative buy I guess there was nothing available. Would still buy from them again.”

“I had no issues with the rear bumper protector for my T5 which is great. My issue is with the delivery company Tuffnells who class East Ayrshire, south of Glasgow as the Scottish highlands which is nonsense. The delivery cost was over £11 which is extremely expensive compared to other van companies I’ve used. I wasn’t able to make the purchase until I changed my address to the Scottish highlands which is incorrect.”

“Recently purchased a transit custom bumpers and side skirt kit, certainly wasn’t ready to paint like the article said, 8 hours spent filling fibreglass pin holes, priming and re-sanding for paint. Didn’t come with fitment instructions No fixings for the front and rear bumper Not saying it’s a bad kit but just be prepared to spend extra hours prepping or be prepared to be charged for extra hours from a bodyshop”

“Ordered driver/passenger step protector panels, and the rear loading area protection strip for a Citroen dispatch (new shape). Unfortunately - I assume due to covid - it took quite a while for the parts to be dispatched (about 5 days from the order being placed). The rear loading strip fitted perfectly and looks fantastic. Unfortunately, the front drivers/passengers' step protectors didn't fit well enough to stay on the van. I put this down to them being plastic and probably misshapen somehow. I followed the instructions to the tee and ensured I had the right step for each side, but alas, I couldn't get them to sit right. They subsequently ended up in the bin, at a loss of 30 odd quid, and my hunt for metal ones to match the rear has begun....no luck as of yet - maybe something Vanstyle could look into? My 3-star review is based upon the slow dispatch and poorly fitting front protectors, but I am empathetic to the fact all companies are struggling with staffing issues at the moment in time, and the plastic parts could possibly have been misshapen, before being in Vanstyle's possession.”

“Purchased side steps and roof bars lovely quality easy to fit just the steps could do with another 2 brackets for each side as they are quite flimsy to step on, they need a bit more support on the ends of the steps as they bend. Would be a 5 star if they had more brackets and bolts sent just for some extra support. Roof bars are mint and a doddle to fit.”

“Unfortunately, I tried to contact Van style via the email addresses provided regards items' availability as the website was not clear. after several emails, I did not get a single response. It seems nobody looks at the queries and relies on the automated system”

“Delivery time was good but I was out when the Tuffnells driver left the 2 parcels at the back of the house unfortunately even though both boxes had Fragile tape on 1 box had a large rip and the other was open . I wrote to tell Vanstyle the quality of Tuffnells they have not bothered to reply.”
