“Very poor at answering the phone so gave up after 10 minutes.. I ordered the part online and was delivered within 2 days. Part was fine and reasonably priced.”

“Ordered curtain rails for my Vivaro from this company. Easy order and prompt delivery. However when it came to fitting on sliding door, the pre formed bottom rail is well out on the bends. Was sent another but identical to the first one. Going to have to do some serious adjustments. Maybe the mould used at the factory needs sorting out.”

“Products don't match the quality or finish levels implied in the photos, lots of rough edges to trims whilst images show smooth and rounded edges, very disappointing.”

“No wiring diagram for fog lights Black fog light covers don’t fit well and pop of there clips had to bond them on so changing a bulb will be a big job now ! Please send me a wiring diagram thankyou”

“All good and ariived but communication and tracking was very poor. the website never shown the order updates kept saying posted and was 2 days delay. if a delivery is charged and not free would have expected next day.”

“Front splitter for transit mk8 arrived quickly the photo on line is deceiving it is very deep splitter any way put it on the van first bit of high ground I drove over ripped it straight off so waist of money”

“Despite searching for a specific vehicle (Caravelle) the curtain sent is a generic T6 design which meant it needed cutting to fit the Caravelle due to the interior trim. Once fitted, quality seems good and it does the job.”

“Fitted to our van and good value for money but beware - They are advertised as being 'Gloss' in finish and I would suggest they definitely are not! More like a silk or satin. Talking to someone next week about our options of having them refinished.”

“(Door sill protectors)The item is good quality and cover the whole door sill but does four stripes of plastic have to so expensive l don't think so. Not a bargin l would say dam expensive for such a simple product.”
