“Product quality excellent, communication terrible, contacted to confirm delivery on several occasions via web messenger (generic response with no answer) and then waited over an hour to be answered on the phone.”

“Ordering, pricing , quality all fine but hacked off with delivery (DHL) which left parcel outside in the rain and couldn't even be bothered to ring the (Very Loud) door bell. Thankfully saw the email that it had been delivered within the hour”

“Item arrived and box was a bit battered from shipping to my house. Checked all items and all was there, didn’t have instructions to install item’s so had to look on YouTube for advice.”

“I ordered lower and upper gloss grill.....there is imperfections them.....I also couldn't get them shipped to Northern Ireland I had to get them shipped to the UK and brought back home....when there the same country....I also couldnt pay by my card and after a half hour phone call to your shop I still couldn't get a order done...”

“Purchased t5 lwb wheel arch and side molding. Priced good and fitted but the fitting is not so good on rear arch/bumper it leaves gaps would really be better if the rear arch was in two pieces so the bumper piece separate. This would also help if in future you have to remove rear bumper as now you would have to peel trim away to remove it. I used black silicone sealant to fill in the gaps where the fitting is poor. Would I buy these again probably not I would go for more expensive ones where in separate pieces.”

“Products and value are good but let down by customer service. My latest order arrived with missing instructions and missing parts. I sent multiple emails asking for help with this but didn't get a reply. I was going away in the van on the weekend so had to go and buy the missing parts myself and figure it all out in a rush.”

“Fast delivery but they don’t seem to have enough staff answering calls. I called a few times after my order to try and order additional items but could not get though so in the end had to source elsewhere.”

“The parts arrived over a week after ordering and the shipping costs were expensive. I haven’t seen the product yet as I caught a flight the day it arrived. My wife has opened the substantial packaging and tells me the product looks very good but I’m far from happy about the deliver time”

“Still not received the complete order as I was sent two incomplete kits that had been returned by a previous customer and had been resealed without checking the contents not the service I expected still awaiting brake upgrade kit hopefully with all parts enclosed this time”

“I bought pair of gloss white t5.1 wing mirror covers. They are ok and do the job, but the finish of the molding is poor. Where the two halves of the cover join the split line shows”
