“I had ordered some larger items and some smaller items. The smaller items arrived scuffed and damaged, due to the way the had been packaged up with no packaging and just left in the box with the larger items. Seems like a right rigmarole to send em back. Ordered replacements from elsewhere. Disappointing.”

“I received an awning rail which was so poorly packed that both ends were damaged and a pack of nuts were missing. I sent emails to two different addresses, no response from either. Managed to speak to someone three days later on live chat who offered me a partial refund or replacement, which I was happy with. It's now been another three days, no sign of refund or replacement parts, again ignored on email and no answer on phone line.”

“The products I ordered are of top quality, roof bars,side bars and a splitter. I will definitely be ordering more articles. Delivery was also very prompt. I would certainly recommend Vanstyle.”

“Postage and packaging costs seemed high, but on delivery, the packaging was perfect and worth the cost. A tip would be to advise customers the need, and the quality used, as some might not purchase due to higher delivery costs.”

“1st class customer service Am disabled from Armed forces I have to say a big thank you to Elizabeth and Michelle for always being so Patient of my disabilities they have been so helpful and polite nothing was to much trouble and I never felt rushed off the phone. “Do not trust these guys. I purchased a set of alloys over 2 years ago and only found out they were the wrong offset when I had the suspension upgraded. I am now left with wheels that catch on the arches on uneven surfaces. The listings of the wheels states the correct offset ET38 but they sent ET30s and because of the length of time they would not do anything to help although they admitted the error. This isn’t the end of my fight to sort this.”
