“Package arrived damaged and missing parts - fine, not necessarily their fault, but absolutely no response to my emails after a week. Customer service non-existent. Lost a new customer.”

“Their products are similar to any others on the market, likely from same suppliers so no major issues on quality over competitors. However their fitting instructions are very poor, so I have to go to competitor sites to find instructions.”

“I find Vanstyle products very good. They do what it says on the tin, the staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. What lets them down is their preferred delivery partner, despite have all the information regarding the address and how to find it and what to do if we are not in they still took nearly a week to arrive even after we had confirmed the address details with the delivery company”
