“Been good in the past. Bought some wheels first thing last Monday morning, didn’t hear anything so rang them Wednesday morning, was told they were being dispatched that day, to then receive an email to say they had been discontinued and refunded. Only just got money back in my bank exactly a week later. No phone call or option to buy different wheels ,nothing. Shouldn’t be advertised when they haven’t got them to post. Wouldn’t mind so much but I bought new tyres to get them on in time for mot”

“The processing and delivery time was good. Frustratingly the package arrived damaged with the item bent. After reading the return instructions, it was just a pain of a process so I just did my best with what I had and tried to rebend it back into shape. Not ideal but seems to work alright. I know the damage is more of the couriers fault but the returns process didn't seem to friendly even with faulty goods.”
