“good service and the product seems of good quality. It was very tight and difficult to fit initially and I struggled to get the velcro to fit under the wing mirriors. It would also have been helpful to know that once fitted you can only open the doors a small crack.”

“Having decided to purchase the Tailored Blackout Curtain - Black - Sliding Door - VW T4 for £23.45. When my package arrived it was well-boxed and protected, I was impressed by the quality of the tracking and curtains, and having watched Vanstyle YouTube fitting was easy. However, I was shocked that the postage price was £12.99 for such a lightweight Item and DHL took three attempts to get the right address and time”

“I wouldn't recommend. Ordered a full set of shades for my car after checking with vanstyle that they would fit my car. They said they would. They arrived and didn't fit. I've been trying for a week to get a straight answer out of them about returning the shades and getting replacements and it takes them days to respond via email. I've had no response to voicemail and their phone just rings out. They're expecting me to pay to return the shades which they said would fit. I'm £100 down, have shades that are useless and some very hot dogs in my car. Meanwhile my emails are being ignored.”

“Items ordered and delivered in advertised timescale for my new T6.1. All parts have now been fitted to my van and all looks good. I think that some of the plastic trim parts I ordered could fit a little better around the door shuts as I may have to modify some bits so they fit and look better. Also the instructions for the Side Steps I bought were really bad and I had to resort to finding some videos online to help with the fitting. I didn't notice at first but one of these side steps does have a small crack in one of the plastic end caps, didn't notice till they were fitted so I cannot be bothered to remove and try and get replacement, maybe damaged in transit! Once they were fitted they look and perform fine.”

“After only receiving an automated response to my order, there has been no further notification about delivery or any potential delay. My order has not been received within the notified time frame. The telephone number is no longer recognised and my four emails remain unanswered. Really poor on all fronts.”

There seems to be an issue here, as Vanstyle have your order as being Despatched Our courier has received the item but do not appeared to have delivered it yet - they are still waiting for it to be delivered to Andover which is very frustrating We will contact our couriers and try to find out what's happening We are really sorry about this
