T6 wing mirror I chose to purchase a replacement wing mirror from Vanstyle in belief I would receive something near to OEM quality, unfortunately what I did receive was a Chinese manufactured item that I could have purchased from EBay for a third of the price. The mirror is very poor quality and vibrates so violently when on a motorway journey that it is actually unusable. Sorry Vanstyle , not a satisfied customer.

Placed order on 4 April, email on 5 April saying order 3296248 loaded into automated system. Another email saying about out of stock item , replied asking for stock items to be sent and out of stock items to be on back order. Email received confirming my preferences.11 April email to say order despatched,received orderon the 13 April all good. Got email on 14 April saying bank card declined, please call . Money was taken from my account on 4 April! !! Now have to wait over Easter weekend to find out what's going on ,not impressed

Don't like giving bad reviews.. my parcel arrived at my supposedly delivery postcode.. someone else signed for it and walked off with my parcel... picture attached of delivery time and a dodgy signature... when I phoned the person on the other end didn't seem to bothered as it was signed for ...

Put my order in said it was an automated system so waited a few days checked my account “ still processing” after 5/6 days called to ask what was happening to be told “ I have your order in my hand you should receive it tomorrow eventually turned up on the 11th April!

Placed order on 25th March had no confirmation when checked my account only to say it is being processed. Emailed approx a week later to find out what was happening to be told that payment hadn't gone through. Phoned to get payment sorted now waiting on delivery. Was hoping to get items before going away for the week but unfortunately it wasn't to be. Delivery taking longer than expected. Vanstyle asking about my opinion and I haven't even received items. My account still showing order is being processed. Disappointing to say the least

Very good accessory's unfortunately brackets for side steps which were sent were for a VW & they should of been Mercedes after 2 phone calls i still have not received my brackets a week after informing them of the problem

I went to vanstyle to purchase a set of alloys and tyres and was met by a very polite and helpful member of staff. As the wheels weren't in stock I was told I would have to order online and as I wanted to collect , okay delivery then they would reimburse . Fair enough. I then had a voicemail on the Monday confirming this and that the wheels would be in for Wednesday for collection friday. Later in the week I rang and was told no problem. I then rang on the Thursday to ve told I had misunderstood what the staff had said! Very poor and their mistake not mine . I went elsewhere and saved over £100

I've been asked to write a review but have unfortunately not received the goods yet. Both items were listed as in-stock when I ordered but I have since been told that they are waiting for stock. No indication of how long I will be waiting. Will reserve judgement.

Ordered pair of carbon fibre effect number plate surrounds for my new Citroen dispatch. Unfortunately they are too big for the profile of the front bumper and keep setting off the parking sensors

I recently purchased two laser spot lights for my minibus only to find out that they would not fit my bus with it been the new 2020 model I've had to buy a new front grille so I could get the lamps to fit. I wasn't to impressed with the staff working for you that didn't know what the solution was when I informed them of the problem. I have now got the lights fitted and they are very good Thank you

Delivery was not as stated although still charged £15 for the privilege. Aftermarket step is of poor quality overall disappointing experience.

Ordered wheels and tyres over a month ago and still not here, if I have to put tyres on the wheels I have already because you take so long will you pay for them, no you won’t and you can’t even give me a time scale just a email every week saying they’re due in on 28th October 🤷‍♂️ It’s my work van and I’m in urgent need of the wheels and tyres I’ve ordered

Not the best service Ordered vito side steps Rang them after 4 days to check the order 20 minutes on hold Excuse was the steps were difficult to get to in the warehouse So the staff had just basically sacked the order off And did something easier to fill their day
