Great product and price. Had problem with card payment and was asked to call them to rectify. Called as soon as I received email but spent over 20 minutes on hold so gave up! Clearly Vanstyle can not be bothered dealing with customers on the phone which is really disappointing. I cancelled the order and bought elsewhere with no hassles whatsoever.

Not overly impressed took nearly a week to dispatch my items then took courier 3 days to get them to me and charged a tenner for the pleasure, if paying that much you expect better service, won’t be rushing back.

Hi. The purchase was fine, arrived on time etc but it simply did not fit ! No matter what I did could not get it in to fit with the door seal. Had to revert back to the original.

Ordered a full set of mudflaps for my t5 unfortunately they arrived with no instructions and although front ones where quite straight forward, the rear are causing a real issue and the brackets supplied don’t seem to line up any wear on the under chassis and are still waiting to be fitted

Disappointed in vanstyle, brought a small item (clip for sun visor on VWT6). The item was only £2 but they charged £4 postage. Anyway part turned up but was only a cover not the clip as the listing was misleading as it showed the whole clip. Emailed them to complain and had no response. I’ve shopped a lot with them but now would look elsewhere first.

Your delivery man just dropped the wheels off outside my house for the second time didn't even knock the door to let my mrs know.

Item had paint damage and looked second hand . Not very impressed for the cost involved . But it functions so I have not made a fuss . I even recommended the product to others without mentioning this rather important negation . But I will be wary of buying again .

Great products but poor after sales. I'm still trying to talk to someone with regards to an exchange but having emailed twice and called several times I'm still waiting to make contact.

I had ordered tomahawk wheels with tyres,the website said they had plenty in stock and it would be 2 weeks for delivery,then get an email the next day to say they are on eating lunch n delivery for them,so I phoned to see what what was happening and the person I was talking too didn’t seem bothered that they were waiting on delivery,no apology so I cancelled the order and the guy still seem to me that they had just lost a £1500 order,poor customer service

Advertised as Gloss and they are Satin, Coatings easily scratched, mounting brackets on bars prone to bar collapsing if bolts come loose under weight. Not a great purchase in quality. Mods required.

I ordered a set of LWB running bars for my VW transporter and was sent out the running bars for a SWB transporter. I rang up Van style and the operator apologised and sent me out another set the next day, however when the second set were received, they too were for a SWB. called again and was told they would investigate the error. Haven't heard anything since, still waiting for a response!

Hi Andrea - we are sorry you feel you have had a poor experience with us and we apologise for any inconvenience, and it was certainly never our intention to ruin the gift from you to your husband. We have looked into this again and we acknowledge there was a labelling issue on the box which has caused the confusion for which we do apologise. Thank you for pointing out that we did try to resolve this by sending a replacement set, and again we recognise that the label on this box too caused confusion but we are disappointed that the delivery was refused and returned with the courier as we were confident these were correct. An item within a reasonably big order wasn't in stock so none of the order was dispatched as a result. I understand the logic but there was no communication to confirm that. Now 10 days after initial order and still yet to receive anything. Initially chased via email without response.

Fast delivery,t6.1 gloss black grill was poor quality and fitting , the moulding wasn’t great where it attached to the bumper, would use again, I have used other companies in the past for these item and they where a lot better quality

Selection of products on the website is very good and the website is easy to navigate. Prices however are higher than average elsewhere I’ve found. I purchased a product on the 12th which was a Tuesday, It wasn’t even dispatched however until the following Monday 6 days later. The delivery then took 2 days so in total it took 8 days from me purchasing the item to receive it which by todays standards is quite poor, especially considering I was charged a fiver for delivery. To make matters worse the item, which was an auto headlight switch, was defective and didn’t even work. I wrote an email to the support address and I called the helpline but had no answer despite holding for 20 minutes. It was only when I opened a PayPal dispute that I got a prompt reply and an agreed refund. So all in all a relatively bad experience but that’s not to say it’s always like that, just make sure you use PayPal at check out.

I’m disappointed that I ordered something and after ordering I was notified it wasn’t in stock. It would be good to have a live system. Also bought mats for the front of the van that appear not to fit very well around the drivers footwell
